«Ասում են ինքն է իր վրա կրակել, բայց մարմնի վրա կապտուկներ են եղել»․ Մահացած զինծառայողի 6 ամիսը նոր էր լրացել

ՊԲ բանակային ուսումնական կենտրոնում երեկ մահացած Վահրամ Մկրտիչի Ավագյանն Արմավիրի մարզի Հայթաղ գյուղից էր։ Գյուղապետ Մերուժան Մուրադյանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ նա ընտանիքի կրտսեր երեխան էր, ուներ իրենից ավագ 3 եղբայր։

 

«Գյուղի աղքատ, խեղճ ապրած ընտանիքներից էր, ուներ իրենից ավագ 3 եղբայր, որոնք ծառայել, հետ էին եկել։ Մի փոքրիկ տան մեջ են ծնվել, մեծացել, անասնապահությամբ, հողագործությամբ չարքաշ կյանքով, իրենց դառը քրտինքով են ապրել»,-նշեց գյուղապետը։

 

Նա հայտնեց, որ Վահրամ Ավագյանի բանակ զորակոչվելու 6 ամիսը նոր էր լրացել․ ««Մի քանի օր առաջ էր «օտպուսկ» եկել, հունվարի 10-ին էր ավարտվել»։

 

Գյուղապետը խուսափեց դեպքից որեւէ մանրամասներ հայտնելուց, բայց նշեց՝ նախնական ասել են՝ «կրակահերթի ժամանակ ինքն իր վրա է կրակել, բայց տեղեկություններ ունի, որ կապտուկներ էլ են եղել մարմնի վրա»։

 

Գյուղապետի խոսքով՝ մահացած զինծառայողը ծնողներին բանակում որեւէ խնդրի մասին չի պատմել։

 

Ավելի վաղ Քննչական կոմիտեից հայտնել էին, որ 2020թ. հունվարի 30-ին՝ ժամը 13:15-ի սահմաններում, ՊԲ բանակային ուսումնական կենտրոնում, N զորամասի պարտադիր ժամկետային զինծառայող, շարքային Վահրամ Մկրտիչի Ավագյանն իրեն ամրակցված ԱԿՄ տեսակի ինքնաձիգից կրակոցներ է արձակել իր կրծքավանդակի շրջանում եւ ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել զինվորական հոսպիտալ, որտեղ ժամը 14:00-ին արձանագրվել է վերջինիս կենսաբանական մահը:

 

Դեպքի առթիվ առաջին կայազորային քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցվել քրեական գործ, կատարվում է նախաքննություն:
