Այս տարի իշխանություններից մեծ ջանքեր են պահանջվելու ժողովրդի շրջանում առկա վստահության մակարդակը պահելու համար, քանի որ 2019 թվականի ընթացքում բնակչության ակնկալիքներն այդպես էլ իրականություն չդարձան։ 

Փոխարենը մարդիկ ականատես եղան կառավարության կողմից կատարվող շռայլ ծախսերին, թե ինչպես են հանրային միջոցները առատորեն տրամադրվում բարձրաստիճան իշխանական ներկայացուցիչների գործուղումների, պարգևավճարների ու ճոխ գնումների համար: 

Իսկ ինչ վերաբերում է հասարակ քաղաքացիների կյանքի մակարդակի բարելավմանը, ապա վարչապետ Փաշինյանը մշտապես պնդում է, թե քաղաքացիները պետք է աշխատեն, որ իրենց կյանքը բարելավվի, բազմոցին պառկած մարդու աղքատությունը կառավարությունը չի հաղթահարելու։ 

Առաջին մասին հետ համաձայն ենք միանշանակ, սակայն ինչո՞ւ Փաշինյանը չի պատասխանում այն հարցին, թե կառավարությունն ի՞նչ է անելու, որպեսզի աշխատանք չունեցող քաղաքացիները կարողանան աշխատանքով ապահովվել և բազմոցին չպառկել։ 

Փաշինյանը շատ մեծ ձեռքբերում է համարում քաղաքացիների աշխատավարձերի և թոշակների փոքրիկ բարձրացումը, սակայն այդ բարձրացումը նախարարների, մարզպետների և այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման և պարգևավճարների ֆոնին շատ չնչին է։ 

Եվ պատահական չէ, որ այս խնդրի հետ կապված քաղաքացիների դժգոհությունները արտահայտվում են արդեն նույնիսկ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումների ընթացքում։ Օրինակ՝ Տավուշի մարզ կատարած այցի ընթացքում մի տարեց կին մոտեցավ Փաշինյանին և իր վրդովմունքը արտահայտեց՝ նշելով. «Նախարարների փողը ավելացրիր միլիոններով, մեր թոշակը` 3000-ով»։ 

Իսկ Փաշինյանի այն հավաստիացումները, թե նախարարների աշխատավարձերը բարձրացնում են, որ նրանց լավ աշխատանքի դեպքում կարողանան բարձրացնել թոշակները, ուղղակի քննադատությանը չի դիմանում։ 

Նախարարների աշխատավարձերը առանց այն էլ բարձր են, և որևէ իմաստ չկար հանրությունից գաղտնի այն կրկնակի բարձրացնել այն դեպքում, երբ, օրինակ՝ քաղաքացիների թոշակներն ավելանալու են ընդամենը 3-4 հազար դրամով։ 

Կառավարությունը պետք է այնպիսի քաղաքականություն վարի, որի առանցքը լինի քաղաքացիների կյանքի շոշափելի բարելավումը, այլ ոչ թե իշխանավորների։ 

Հասարակությանը չեն հետաքրքրում նաև ուռճացված վիճակագրական ցուցանիշները, թե իբր երկրում մեծ առաջընթաց կա և այլն, մարդիկ ռեալ փոփոխություններ և տնտեսական զարգացում են ակնկալում, իսկ վարչապետը շարունակում է հանրությանը թվախեղդ անել տարբեր վիճակագրական ցուցանիշներով։ 

Իսկ հանրության մեծամասնությունը վաղուց հավատ չի տածում այդ ցուցանիշների նկատմամբ՝ հատկապես, երբ արդյունքները կախված են նրանից, թե դրանք կոնկրետ ինչ մեթոդաբանությամբ են հաշվվում։ 

Եթե երկրում տնտեսական դրությունը իրապես բարելավվի, ապա նույնիսկ վիճակագրական ցուցանիշներ մեջբերելու կարիք չի լինի, մարդիկ իրենք կզգան։
