Ասացին՝ օդանավի դռները փակել են, չեք կարող նստել. Իտալիայի օդանավակայանում մնացած քաղաքացի
SOCIETYԿնոջս հետ մեկնել էինք Միլան, հանգստյան օրերն այնտեղ անցկացնելու։ Ամսի 25–ին գնացել էինք, 28–ի չվերթով պետք է վերադառնայինք։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 29–ին, NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Իտալիայի օդանավակայաններից մեկում մնացած Աշոտ Անտոնյանը։
Նրա խոսքով՝ թռիչքի ժամից մոտ երկեւսուկես ժամ առաջ օդանավակայանում են եղել, սակայն ուղեւորների գրանցման գործընթացը շատ դանդաղ է ընթացել. «Երբ գրանցման պրոցեսը սկսվեց, ուղեւորների 95%-ն այնտեղ էր, հերթ կանգնեցին գրանցման տաղավարի մոտ։ Արդեն գրանցման ժամը մոտենում էր ավարտին, սակայն ակնհայտ զգացվում էր, որ այն տեմպերով, որ սպասարկում էին, հնարավոր չի լինելու բոլորին հասցնել գրանցել»։
Քաղաքացու խոսքով՝ իրենք անհանգստացել են, որ հնարավոր է, խնդիր է առաջացել, սակայն սպասարկող անձնակազմն ասել է, որ ոչ մի խնդիր չկա. «Հանգիստ ասում էին՝ մի անհանգստացեք, նորմալ է, բոլորդ էլ կհասցնեք ու ոչ մի խուճապ չկար։ Ոչինչ չէր գնում նրան, որ հնարավոր է, մարդիկ դուրս մնան։ Օդանավակայանը ոչինչ չէր անում, որ իրենց մեղքով ուշացած ուղեւորները ժամանակին հասնեն նստեցման։ Երբ հասանք սահմանապահ ծառայությանը, մեզ ասացին՝ վերջ, օդանավի հրամանատարը հրամայել է դռները փակել, հնարավոր չէ նորից բացել, չեք կարող նստել»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ հաջորդ խնդիրն այն է եղել, որ օդանավակայանի աշխատակիցներից երկար ժամանակ է պահանջվել, որպեսզի մարդկանց ուղեբեռները վերադարձնեն. «Օրենքով իրավունք չկա ուղեբեռն առանց ուղեւորի տանեն, եթե քեզ մերժում են, պարտավոր են քո ուղեբեռը հանել։ Քանի որ լոուքոստեր է, օդանավակայանում չունեն ներկայացուցիչ, որ կարող էր տոմս գնել մեզ համար, կապի միջոց ապահովել, սնունդ, կացություն, եթե շատ է ձգձգվում. ոչ մի նման բան։ Մեզ միայն տեղեկություն էին տալիս օդանավակայանի տեղեկատու ծառայությունները, որոնք ավիաընկերության ներկայացուցիչ չէին, ասում էին, որ դուք պետք է ձեր միջոցներով գտնեք այլընրանքային տարբերակ եւ գնաք տուն, հետո օնլայն տարբերակով դիմեք Ryanair-ին՝ փոխհատուցում ստանալու համար։ Նշեմ, որ բավականին լավ աջակցություն ստացանք Հայաստանի քաղավիացիայի, մասնավորապես Տաթեւիկ Ռեւազյանի կողմից, որի հետ անձամբ եմ կապի մեջ եղել, դեպքի մասին անձամբ ինձնից է տեղեկացվել եւ խորհուրդներով օգնել»։
Անտոնյանի խոսքով՝ իրենց միջոցներով այլ օդանավակայանից են տոմսեր գնել, որպեսզի վերադառնան Հայաստան. «Ստիպված էինք ավտոբուսի տոմս գնել, որպեսզի գնայինք այլ օդանավակայան։ Այնտեղից տոմս գնեցինք, Մոսկվայով դեպի Հայաստան, եւ եկանք։ Դուրս մնացած ուղեւորների մեջ երեխաներ չկային։ Մեզ հետ էր մեր հայտնի դիրիժոր Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը, որը նույնպես դուրս մնաց չվերթից, կային ուեւորներ, որոնք Իտալիայում բարեկամներ ունեին, գուցե մնացել են նրանց տանը»։
