Իշխանությունները վախենում են լսել մասնագիտական այլընտրանքային կարծիք: Պատրաստ չեն իրական բովանդակային աշխատանքի: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացն ի սկզբանե ներառական չէ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 29–ին, ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը։

 

Նա մասնավորապես գրել է.

 

«Արդարադատության նախարարությունը հրապարակել է Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների մասնագիտական հանձնաժողովի` իրավաբան-գիտնական և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչ հանդիսացող անդամների թեկնածուների ընտրության արդյունքները: Ինչպես հիշում եք, այս հանձնաժողովում աշխատելու հայտ էր ներկայացրել նաև Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Բոլորովին նպատակ չունեմ «շողոքորթելու» Արփինեին, կարիք չկա թվարկելու նրա մասնագիտական հսկայական կարողությունների ապացույցները: Եվ ահա, Արփինեին Արդարադատության նախարարությունը չի ընդգրկել հանձնաժողովի կազմում: Մինչ այսօր այդպես էլ պարզ չէ, թե մրցույթ կոչվածը ինչ սկզբունքներով է իրականացվել: Չեմ ցանկանում քննարկել հանձաժողով անցածների արժանիքները, սակայն հարցը մնում է բաց. անցածներից իրականում քանի՞սն են մասնագիտական առումով ավելի ուժեղ, քան Արփինեն: Ակնհայտ է, որ Արփինեին չընդգրկելը բացառապես քաղաքական որոշման արդյունք է: Իշխանությունները վախենում են լսել մասնագիտական այլընտրանքային կարծիք: Պատրաստ չեն իրական բովանդակային աշխատանքի: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացն ի սկզբանե ներառական չէ: Նրանց պետք են բացառապես «լոյալները»: Սիրելի քաղաքացիներ, խնդրում եմ ձեզ ինձ այլևս չգրել «պարոն Աշոտյան, ախր դուք խելացի և կարող ուժ եք, քննադատելու փոխարեն փորձեք օգնել Նիկոլին» տիպի նամակներ և մեկնաբանություններ: Այս «մրցույթն» իրականում ապացուցեց, որ այս իշխանությունները չեն ուզում, որ իրենց օգնեն, նրանք «համագործակցելի» չեն: Սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացն ի սկզբանե որդնած է»:
