Ավելի քան 60 մարդ զոհվել է հորդ անձրեւների պատճառով

Անցած շաբաթ սաստկացած հորդ անձրեւների զոհերի թիվը Բրազիլիայի հարավ-արեւելքում հասել է 63-ի։ Այս մասին են վկայում հարավամերիկյան հանրապետության փրկարար ծառայությունների թարմացված տվյալները, տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
Զոհվածների ամենամեծ թիվը՝ 52 հոգի, գրանցվել է Մինաս Ժերայս նահանգում, որտեղ արտակարգ դրություն է հայտարարվել ավելի քան հարյուր քաղաքներում։ Մոտ 29 հազար մարդ տարհանվել է հեղեումների եւ սողանքների սպառնալիքի պատճառով, ավելի քան 4 հազար մարդ անօթեւան է մնացել։
Հարեւան Էսպիրիտու Սանտու նահանգում, որտեղ անձրեւները սկսվել են նախանցած շաբաթվա վերջին, զոհվել է 9 մարդ։ Տները թողել են 13 հազար բնակիչներ, նրանցից 1,5 հազարը նոր բնակարանի կարիք ունի։ Նահանգապետ Ռենատու Կազագրանդիի գնահատականներով՝ հեղեղումներից հետո վերականգնման համար կպահանջվի 500 մլն ռեալ (125 մլն դոլար)։
Եվս երկու մարդ զոհվել է Ռիո դե Ժանեյրոյի հյուսիսում։ Այստեղ նույնպես ընթանում է 13 հազար բնակիչների զանգվածային տարհանում տուժած շրջաններից։
Առատ անձրեւները երկրի հյուսիսային, կենտրոնական եւ հարավարեւելյան մասերում ամռանը կրում են սեզոնային բնույթ եւ ամեն տարի տարբեր ինտենսիվությամբ կրկնվում են։ Դրանց պատճառը տաք օդային հոսանքների շարժն է Ամազոնիայի հասարակածային գոտուց դեպի հարավ-արեւելք, Ատլանտյան օվկիանոսի կողմը։
