Ryanair–ի Միլան-Երևան չվերթից տուժածների թվում երեխաներ, հղի կանայք կան. նոր մանրամասներ
INTERNATIONAL NEWSRyanair ավիաընկերության այսօր կայացած Միլան -Երևան չվերթից տուժած ուղևորների թիվը մոտ 5 տասնյակ է, նրանց մեջ մանկահասակ երեխաներ, հղի կանայք կան: Այս տեղեկությունը Sputnik Արմենիայի թղթակցին տրամադրել է Passenger.am – ի համահիմնադիր Գուրգեն Ղազարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով` պատճառն ավիաընկերության ոչ կազմակերպված գործելաոճն է:
Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել էինք, այսօր Ryanair ավիաընկերության Միլան-Երևան FR4456 չվերթի մի քանի տասնյակ ուղևորների մերժել են ինքնաթիռ նստեցման/գրանցման հարցում։ Մոտ 50 ուղևոր մնացել են Միլանում։
«Միաժամանակ 24 և 25 համարի հաշվառման սեղաններն են գործել Ryanair -ի դեպի Ամման և Երևան չվերթերի համար: Քանի որ ոչ մի ինֆորմացիոն ցուցանակ չի եղել, ուղևորներն անկանոն ու խառը կանգնել են», – իրավիճակը ներկայացրեց Ղազարյանը: Ուղևորների շարքում եղել է նաև իրենց ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը։ Հաշվառումը սկսվել է թռիչքից 2 ժամ առաջ, այն իրականացրել է ընդամենը մեկ աշխատակից: Հաշվի առնելով, որ Ամման և Երևան մեկնող ուղևորները «խառնվել են իրար», ինչը ժամանակ է խլել, բացի այդ ուղևորների մեծ թիվը (եղած տվյալներով գրեթե բոլոր տոմսերը վաճառված են եղել), ուղևորների մի մասը չի հասցրել օդանավ նստել:
«Ոմանք հաշվառմանը չեն հասցրել մասնակցել նույնիսկ այն դեպքում, երբ ժամանակից էլ շուտ են եկել, ոմանք էլ հաշվառումն անցել են, սակայն նստեցմանը չեն հասցրել», – նշում է Ղազարյանն ու որպես օրինակ ավելացնում, որ ուղևորներից մեկն օդանավակայան է եկել գիշերը ժամը 2-ին, սակայն մինչև առավոտյան 5-ը դեռ հաշվառված չի եղել (Միլան-Երևան չվերթը պետք է կայանար առավոտյան 6-ին):
Ինչպես Ղազարյանին փոխանցել է օդանավում եղած ընկերության ներկայացուցիչը, օդանավը մոտ 10 րոպե ուշ է թռել, որովհետև ավիաընկերության աշխատակիցներն օդանավից սկսել են դուրս բերել հաշվառումն անցած, բայց նստեցմանը չհասցրած ուղևորների իրերը: Սա հարուցել է ուղևորների զայրույթը, օդանավում աղմուկ է բարձրացել, թե եթե այսքան ժամանակ են աշխատակիցները կորցնում ուղեբեռը դուրս հանելու համար, փոխարենը կարող էին իբրև թե նստեցումից ուշացած ուղևորներին ներս թողնել:
