Microsoft-ը Windows 7 օպերացիոն համակարգի թարմացումը միայն VIP-հաճախորդների համար կթողարկի
ՀԱՆՐԱՀԱՅՏ ՄՈԼՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐMicrosoft ընկերությունը Windows 7 օպերացիոն համակարգի թարմացումը միայն VIP-հաճախորդների համար վճարվող հիմունքներով կթողարկի, գրում է «Իզվեստիան»՝ հղում կատարելով MSPowerUser-ին։
Ընկերությունում խոստովանել են, որ վերջին KB4534314 եւ KB4534310 թարմացումները, որոնք թողարկվել են հունվարի 14-ին, իրենց մեջ սխալներ են պարունակել։ Դրանք ներբեռնած օգտատերերը իրենց ակնկալած պաստառների փոխարեն սեւ ֆոն են տեսել։ Արտադրողի խոսքերով՝ սխալը հնարավոր է «Ձգել» գործառույթի պատճառով է եղել։ Խնդիրը լուծել հնարավոր է այլ պատկերներ ընտրելով եւ դրանց համար «Փոխարինել», «Կենտրոնում», «Ըստ չափի» կամ «Լրացում» ռեժիմներն ընտրելով, նշում է «360» հեռուստաալիքը։
Օգտատերերին նաեւ առաջարկվում է թարմացնել համակարգը, սակայն դա հասանելի է միայն նրանց, ովքեր վճարել են Windows 7-ի Extended Security Updates (ESU) աջակցության համար։ Ցանցի օգտատերերը ենթադրել են, որ սխալը դիտմամբ են հավելել թարմացման մեջ, որպեսզի դրդեն օգտատերերին անցնել Windows 10-ի։
2020թ․ հունվարի 14-ից Microsoft ընկերությունը դադարեցրել է Windows 7 օպերացիոն համակարգի աջակցությունը։ Համակարգիչները, որոնց վրա Windows 7 է, կշարունակեն գործել, սակայն Microsoft-ն այլեւս դրանց տեխնիկական աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերի եւ դրանց համար թարմացումներ չի թողարկի։
