Իշխանափոխությունից հետո Նիկոլին ու իր թիմին տրված էր բացառիկ հնարավորություն՝ դուրս բերել երկիրը նախկին գործելաոճից, կտրել այն շղթան, երբ մարդիկ հետապնդվում են իրենց հասարակական կամ քաղաքական գործունեության համար, սակայն արդեն տարիուկես է՝ մենք տեսնում ենք ճիշտ հակառակը, որ հիմա էլ այս իշխանություններն են որդեգրել նախկինների ձեռագիրը ու նույն կերպ ոստկանության միջոցով փորձում են հաշվեհարդար տեսնել իրենց քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 28-ին, Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է քաղաքագետ Արգիշտի Կիվիրյանը։

 

Կիվիրյանը պատմել է, որ 2017 թվականին Հյուսիսային պողոտայում, սրճարանի ճանապարհին իրեն մոտեցել են մի խումբ ոստիկաններ և բերման ենթարկել Կենտրոնի բաժին անհեթեթ պատճառաբանությամբ, թե իբր կասկածում են, որ իր մոտ սառը զենք կա։ Ընդ որում՝ մինչեւ նրանց մոտենալը, Կիվիրյանը նկատել է, որ կես ժամ հետևում են իրեն։ Սառը զենք չի հայտնաբերվել, մոտ մեկ ժամ պահելուց հետո նրան ազատ են արձակել, սակայն ոստիկանության որեւէ պաշտոնյա այդպես էլ չի բարեհաճել ներողություն խնդրել այդ ամենի համար։ «Պարզ էր, որ այդ ամենը կապված էր այն ժամանակվա իշխանությունների, ինչպես նաև ոստիկանության հասցեին իմ հնչեցրած քննադատությունների և հասարակական պայքարի հետ։ Ցավոք այդ կարգի ու որակի իշխանություններ ենք ունեցել։ Բայց հարցը հիմա դրանում չէ», գրել է Ա.Կիվիրյանը եւ կոչով դիմել իշխանությանը։

 

«Տղերք, կանգ առեք (եթե իհարկե ընդունակ էք), սա երկիրը կառուցելու ու այն փոսից հանելու ճանապարհ չի, ընդհակառակը, սա այն նույն ճանապարհն է, որի դեմ դուք պայքարում էիք (ոնց հասկանում եմ՝ ոչ անկեղծ), ու ցավոք պարզվեց, որ ձեր պայքարը ոչ թե երևույթների դեմ է, այլ ընդամենը, որ իշխանության գալով օգտվեք ընձեռնված հնարավորություններից ու բարիքներից։ Մենք նորից հայտնվեցինք այդ նույն շրջանակի մեջ, երբ կարմիրները գալով իշխանության՝ ճնշում են սպիտակներին, հետո սպիտակներն են գալիս, ու սկսում ճնշել իրենց հակառակորդ կարմիրներին, հետո կարող ա նորից գան կարմիրները, զբաղվեն սպիտակներով ու այդպես շարունակ։ Այսպես երկիր չեն կառուցում. մինչև դու քո քաղաքական հակառակորդների նկատմամբ չգործես միմիայն օրենքով և դու էլ հավասար չլինես այդ նույն օրենքի առաջ, մենք այս փոսից դուրս գալու տարբերակ չունենք»։

 

Կիվիրյանը շեշտում է, որ հենց այս տրամաբնությունից ելնելով էլ իշխանափոխության առաջին օրից կոչ է արել չխախտել նախկին հակառակորդների իրավունքները ու ինքն էլ փորձում է պաշտպանել այն նույն անձանց, որոնք իր նկատմամբ էլ են տարիներ շարունակ հարուցել վարչական կամ քրեական գործեր կամ փորձել են ենթարկել տարբեր ճնշումների. «Հասարակական կամ քաղաքական գործիչը պետք է կարողանա իր մեջ գտնել ուժ վեր կանգնել անձնականից ու ղեկավարվել միմիայն պետության ու հասարակության շահերով. նեղ, ճղճիմ գործելաոճն ու անձնական քինախնդրությունը մատնում են, որ գործ ունենք ոչ թե հասուն քաղաքական գործիչների հետ, այլ գավառական ոչնչությունների, որոնք ընկած են իրենց նեղ անձնական հաշիվները մաքրելով։ Հաստատապես իշխանափոխության օրերին հազարավոր մարդիկ դուրս չէին եկել փողոց ու ձեզ չբերեցին իշխանության, որպեսզի հիմա էլ դուք զբաղվեք անձնական հարստացմամբ ու երկրում ոստիկանական բռնաճնշման մթնոլորտ ստեղծելով։ Հայ ազգը կարոտ է օրենքի գերակայության ու հավասարության, ու դա չհասկացողները նույնպես կհայտնվեն քաղաքական աղբանոցում։ Մեզ պետք է այնպիսի իշխանություն, որը վերջապես կարողանա երկրում հաստատել օրենքի գերիշխանություն ու ընդունակ կլինի երկիրը դուրս բերել այս անձնական հաշվեհարդրաների ու անձնական հարստացումների շրջանից․․․», գրել է Ա.Կիվիրյանը։
