Ապացուցման կարևորությունը չի նվազում. «Փաստ»
POLITICS«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․
Ժամանակին, երբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր էր, նրա յուրաքանչյուր ելույթ բարձրացնում էր իր վարկանիշը, նույնիսկ անկախ այն հանգամանքից, որ այդ ելույթների զգալի մասը պարզապես պաթետիկ քննադատություններ էին և, մեղմ ասած, ոչ միշտ փաստարկված:
2018 թվականի իշխանափոխությունից հետո փաստացi գործ ունենք բացարձակ հակառակ իրողության հետ. Փաշինյանի ամեն մի լայվ, ամեն մի ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում, ամեն մի ասուլիս ու ամեն մի ելույթ հետևողականորեն նվազեցնում է նրա վարկանիշն ու հասարակության մեջ վստահության պաշարը:
Փորձագետներն արձանագրում են, որ դրա համար կան մի քանի խորքային պատճառներ, որոնցից մեկը ոգևորության ալիքի վրա` չհիմնավորված հայտարարությունների մեծ քանակն է:
Մասնավորաբար, ուղիղ մեկ տարի առաջ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, թե Հայաստանում քաղաքական գործիչներ կան, որոնք օտարերկրյա գործակալներ են:
Դա չափազանց վտանգավոր ու պատասխանատու հայտարարություն էր: Սակայն մեկ տարվա ընթացքում իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից չի բացահայտվել գեթ մեկ գործ:
Այն, որ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հնչում են «հանցագործներ», «թալանչիներ» և նմանատիպ ընդհանրական որակումներ, արդեն սովորական է: Սակայն կապանյան ասուլիսում հնչեց նաև «պետական դավաճանություն» եզրույթը:
Սա արդեն իսկապես լուրջ մեղադրանք է, քանզի քրեական օրենսգիրքը հստակ սահմանում է այդ եզրույթը:
Իրականում նման ձևակերպումների պարագայում երևի թե պետք է շատ զգույշ լինեն բոլորը, առավել ևս երկրի ղեկավարը, քանզի նույնիսկ վերացական, «թեական» բնորոշումների պարագայում դրանց ապացուցման կարևորությունը չի նվազում:
