Ճապոնիայում ընդունված է ջուր խմել վաղ առավոտյան՝ անմիջապես արթնանալուց հետո: Գիտնականներն ապացուցել են այդ արարքի նպատակահարմարությունը: Օրգամիզմի առավոտյան մաքրումը օգնում է հետեւյալ հիվանդությունների դեպքում՝ գլխացավեր, մկանային ցավեր, խնդիրներ սրտի հետ, արագ սրտխփոց, էպիլեպսիա, ավելորդ քաշ, բրոնխիալ ասթմա, տուբերկուլյոզ, մենինգիտ, երիկամների եւ միզուղիների հիվանդություններ, փսխում, գաստրիտ, լուծ, թութք, դիաբետ, աչքի բոլոր հիվանդությունները, արգանդի հիվանդություններ, քաղցկեղ ու դաշտանի խանգարումներ, ԼՕՌ հիվանդություններ:

Բուժման մեթոդներ

Առավոտյան արթնանալուց հետո 4 բաժակ ջուր խմեք

Մաքրեք ատամները եւ ողողեք բերանը, բայց 45 րոպե ոչինչ մի կերեք եւ մի խմեք

45 րոպե հետո սովորականի պես կարող եք ուտել եւ խմել

Նախաճաշից հետո 2 ժամվա ընթացքում ոչինչ մի կերեք եւ մի խմեք

Ծեր եւ հիվանդ մարդիկ, ովքեր չեն կարող միանգամից այդ քանակությամբ ջուր խմել, կարող են սկսել փոքր քանակներից եւ աստիճանաբար ավելացնել

Մեթոդն օգնում է հիվանդներին թուլացնել հիվանդությունները, իսկ առողջներին վայելել առողջությունը

Ներքոհիշյալ ցուցակը ցույց է տալիս, թե տարբեր հիվանդությունների դեպքում բուժումը երբ է սկսում օգնել.

1. Բարձր արյան ճնշում (30օր)

2. Խնդիրներ ստամոքսի հետ (10 օր)

3. Դիաբետ (30օր)

4. Փորկապություն (10 օր)

5. Քաղցկեղ (180 օր)

6. Տուբերկուլյոզ (90 օր)

7. Արթրիտով հիվանդները պետք է հետեւեն բուժմանը առաջին շաբաթվա միայն առաջին 3 օրը, իսկ երկրորդ շաբաթվանից սկսած՝ ամեն օր, պարբերական հիմունքներով:

Բուժումը որեւէ կողմնակի ազդեցություններ չունի, սակայն հնարավոր է սկզբնական ժամանակաշրջանում ստիպված լինեք հաճախ զուգարան վազել: Այնուամենայնիվ, ավելի լավ է շարունակել բուժումը եւ այն ձեր կյանքի մաս դարձնել:

Իսկ ուտելու ժամանակ ճապոնացիները եւ չինացիները սառը ջրի փոխարեն տաք թեյ են խմում: Երեւի թե մեզ էլ է անհրաժեշտ այդ մասին մտածել:
