«ՎԵՏՕ» հասարակական-քաղաքական շարժման ղեկավար Նարեկ Մալյանը բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչություն (6-րդ վարչություն)։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Ազգային ժողովի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի նախկին տեղակալ Արսեն Բաբայանը։
«Անհայտ պատճառներով դիմակավորված անձինք կոպիտ վարվելով անձին բերման են ենթարկել կամ նույնիսկ կարելի է ասել առևանգել են Նարեկ Մալյանին։ Ակնհայտ է, որ դիմակավորված անձինք ձեռնաշղթաներով բերման են ենթարկում այն ժամանակ, երբ տեղի է ունեցել կամ տվյալ պահին տեղի է ունենում հանցագործություն։ Իսկ սա քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին վախեցնելու քաղաքական ռեպրեսիաների մի ձև է։
Այսինքն եթե դուք քննադատություն ես հնչեցնում, այն էլ կոշտ քննադատություն, կպառկեցնեն ասֆալտին, դիմակավորված անձինք ձեռնաշղթաներով բերման կենթարկեն 6-րդ վարչություն, ընդ որում չեք էլ կարող իմանալ ինչի համար։ Երկար ժամանակ է՝ այստեղ ենք և չգիտենք՝ ինչու է անձը բերման ենթարկվել ինչպես ծանր հանցագործ։
Այս գործով որևէ տեղեկություն չունենք։ Ես խոսել եմ նաև ՄԻՊ-ի հետ, տեղեկացրել եմ դեպքի մասին, պարոն Թաթոյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ իր արագ արձագանքման խումբը արդեն սրանով զբաղվում է»։
