Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, սրտանց շնորհավորում եմ Հայոց բանակի կազմավորման 28-րդ տարեդարձի առթիվ:

Այսօր մենք անասելի հպարտ ենք, քանզի կայացած ու մարտունակ Հայոց բանակն այլևս իրողություն է՝ տարածաշրջանում հավասարակշռության ու կայունության կարևորագույն երաշխավորը: Հայոց բանակի կայացման ճանապարհն, իհարկե, հեշտ չի եղել: Հազարավոր քաջորդիներ հանուն այսօրվա խաղաղության ու սերունդների անվտանգության զոհաբերել են ամենաթանկը՝ իրենց կյանքը:

Հավերժ փա՛ռք նրանց հիշատակին: Այո՛, այսօր մենք ունենք Հայաստանի և Արցախի ժողովուրդների անվտանգության կարևորագույն երաշխիք հանդիսացող ազգային բանակ, սակայն գեթ մեկ վայրկյան անգամ չպետք է մոռանանք մեր զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունն էլ ավելի բարձրացնելու և այն ժամանակակից ռազմաարդյունաբերական պահանջներին համապատասխանեցնելու անհրաժեշտության մասին: Առանձնահատուկ շնորհավորում եմ Հայոց բանակի ձևավորման գործում իրենց անուրանալի ավանդն ունեցած բոլոր մարդկանց՝ շարքային զինվորից մինչև հրամանատարասպայական կազմ, նաև առաջնագծում օրուգիշեր մեր թիկունքն անառիկ պահող հերոսներին:

Բարի և անփորձանք ծառայություն ձեզ: Մաղթում եմ, որ մեր երկրում ու տարածաշրջանում մշտապես թևածի խաղաղությունը: Փա՛ռք Հայաստանի հաղթանակած բանակին, անառիկ ամրություն մեր երկրի սահմաններին ու խաղաղություն մեր հայրենիքին: Աստված պահապա՛ն մեզ բոլորիս:
