Ղազախստանում արտասահմանյան գրանցում ունեցող, այդ թվում ՀՀ-ից ներկրված ավտոմեքենաները ժամանակավոր պետհամարանիշներ կստանան
SOCIETYՂազախստանում արտասահմանյան գրանցում ունեցող, այդ թվում ԵՏՄ-ից (Հայսատան, Ղրղզստան) ներկրված ավտոմեքենաները «18» թվով ժամանակավոր պետհամարանիշներ կստանան։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է ՆԳՆ առաջին փոխնախարար Մարատ Կոժաեւը, տեղեկացնում է Kazpravda.kz-ը։
«Ժամանակավոր գրանցման համար անհրաժեշտ է ներկայացնել հետեւյալ փաստաթղթերը՝ անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, նախկին պետական կամ տրանզիտային համարները, գրանցման վկայականը, պետհամարանիշի պատրաստման տուրքերը եւ տեխանձնագրի պատրաստման տուրքերը։ Պայմանները բավական պարզ են, քաղաքացիները ավտոմեքենայի տվյալները օրինականացնելու, ինչպես նաեւ ուտիլիզացման վճարը եւ մաքսային տուրքերը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում հետաձգելու հնարավորություն են ստացել»,- հայտնել է Կոժաեւը։
«ՆԳՆ-ում թողարկվել է դեղին ֆոնով համարի նմուշը։ «18» թիվը։ Տեխանձնագրում կնշվի գործողության ժամկետը՝ մինչեւ 2021թ․ մարտի 1-ը։ Քաղաքացուն տրվում է նման հնարավորություն, սակայն եթե նա չօգտվի դրանից մինչեւ 2021թ․ մարտի 1-ը, այդ դեպքում, կներեք, մարտի 1-ին նրա փաստաթղթի ժամկետը կավարտվի։ Նրա պետհամարանիշներն անօրինական կլինեն։ Իհարկե, ոստիկանությունը երթեւեկության սահմանափակման միջոցներ կձեռնարկի»,- ընդգծել է Կոժաեւը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ նախկինում ՂՀ ՆԳՆ-ը ղազախստանցիներին կոչ էր արել գրանցել արտասահմանյան հաշվառմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցները։
«Այսօրվա դրությամբ երկիր բերվել է ավելի քան 170 000 տրանսպորտային միջոց, որոնք գրանցված են Հայաստանում, Ղրղզստանում, Բելառուսում եւ Ռուսաստանում։ Ընդ որում, Հայաստանից եւ Ղրղզստանից բերված ավտոմեքենաների հանդեպ, հաշվի առնելով ԵՏՄ-ում նշված երկրների ընդգրկման անցումային դյույթների առկայությունը, գոյություն ունեն ԵՏՄ այլ անդամ-պետությունների տարածքում դրանց շահագործման խիստ սահմանափակումներ»,- տեղեկացրել էին հաստատությունում։
