Կասեցվել է Սիսիանի մանկապարտեզներին կարագի փոխարեն սփրեդի մատակարարումը. ՍԱՏՄ

ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը 2020թ. հունվարի 20-ին Սյունիքի մարզի Սիսիան քաղաքի համայնքապետարանից ստացել է գրության, որում կասկածներ են եղել այն մասին, թե պետական գնումների շրջանակներում համայնքի մանկապարտեզներին մատակարարվող կարագը չի համապատասխանում պայմանագրով նախատեսված չափանիշներին: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՍԱՏՄ-ը:
Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետները վերահսկողական միջոցառումներ են անցկացրել Սիսիան քաղաքի նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում: Նախ կատարվել է մատակարարվող կարագի հսկիչ գնում, որի շրջանակներում էլ, ապրանքատեսակի նույնականացման նպատակով, իրականացվել է նաև նմուշառում մանկապարտեզներից: Նմուշները ներկայացվել են լաբորատոր փորձաքննության:
Միաժամանակ անցկացված փաստաթղթային փորձաքննության շրջանակներում պարզվել է, որ նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունների մատակարար հանդիսացող «Սիսիանի Հաց» ՍՊԸ-ն որպես «սերուցքային կարագ» մատակարարել է «Крестянское Раздолье» անվանմամբ ապրանքատեսակ, որին կից ներկայացրել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ««Молочный комбинат» Светловодский» կազմակերպության համապատասխանության հայտարարագրերը: Կազմակերպության հայտարարագրերում սակայն բացակայել են «Крестянское Раздолье» ապրանքատեսակի մասին հղումները:
Բացի այդ ապրանքի արկղի ուսումնասիրությունը ցույց է տվել, որ դրա վրա առկա մակնշումը կրկնապիտակ է և արտադրողի բնօրինակ մակնշումը բացակայում է:
Տեսչական մարմնի մասնագետները կապ են հաստատել նաև Ռուսաստանի ««Молочный комбинат» Светловодский» կազմակերպության հետ, որի տնօրենը պաշտոնապես հերքել է իրեց կապը տվյալ ապրանքատեսակի հետ և հայտնել, որ «Крестянское Раздолье» ապրանքանիշով արտադրանք իրենց կողմից չի արտադրվում:
Որպես ներմուծող կրկնապիտակի վրա նշված է եղել Ա/Ձ Վիգեն Ստեփանյանը, որի գործունեությունը, սակայն, համաձայն պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի պաշտոնական կայքում առկա տեղեկատվության, ժամանակավորապես դադարեցված է:
Կրկնապիտակի տակ առկա մասամբ ջնջված մակնշման հետքերի վերծանումից պարզվել է, որ տվյալ տուփի պարունակությունը Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության «ДМФ» կազմակերպության կողմից արտադրված է բուսակաթնային արտադրանք է՝ «Սփրեդ»:
Զուգահեռաբար «Հանրապետական անասնաբուժասանիտսրական և բուսասանիտարական լաբորատոր ծառայությունների կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ից ստացված լաբորատոր փորձաքննության արդյունքները ևս փաստել են, որ փորձաքննության ներկայացված ապրանքատեսակն իր ճարպաթթվային կազմով չի համապատասխանում կարագին ներկայացվող պահանջներին և պարունակում է բուսական յուղեր:
Այդպիսով, Սիսիանի մանկապարտեզներին սերուցքային կարագի փոխարեն մատակարարվել է բուսաճարպային սպրեդ:
Սիսիանի նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություններում առկա խմբաքանակների իրացումը կասեցվել է, ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ կեղծիքի ամբողջ շղթան բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
