Խառը կանաչի, սոխ, ոսկրոտ միս, կոնյակ. գյուղապետարանի ակնկալվող գնումները․ «Փաստ»
SOCIETY«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․
Տարբեր գերատեսչությունների, համայնքապետարանների 2020 թվականի գնումների պլանին ծանոթանալիս ամենատարբեր ապրանքատեսակների կարելի է հանդիպել։ Հաճախ կարելի է տեսնել նաև չափազանց ուշագրավ փաստերի: Արմավիրի մարզի Մրգաշատ համայնքի 2020 թվականի գնումների պլանն, օրինակ՝ բավական խայտաբղետ է ստացվել։ Եթե պլանի առաջին երկու էջերում առանձնացված են աշխատանքում անհրաժեշտ իրերն ու ծառայությունները, ապա հաջորդիվ պատկերը լրիվ փոխվում է։
Օրինակ՝ համայնքապետարանի գնումների պլանում ընդգրկվել է 50 հատ խառը կանաչի, 65 կգ սմբուկ և 18 կգ գլուխ սոխ, 95 հատ տոմատի կետչուպ, 28 կգ «Լոռի» պանիր, 135 լիտր օղի՝ 5500 դրամ արժողությամբ, 5 տարի հնեցմամբ 70 լիտր կոնյակ՝ 15 000 դրամ արժողությամբ, 70 հատ գինի։
Ցուցակից պարզ է դառնում, որ համայնքապետարանը մտադրություն ունի նաև մրգեր, երշիկեղեն, տավարի և խոզի ոսկրոտ միս, քյուֆթա և գառի միս գնել։
Սակայն սա էլ ամբողջ ցանկը չէ՝ ծաղկեփնջերի պատրաստման ծառայությունների նպատակով կծախսվի շուրջ 800 000 դրամ։
Իհարկե, հասկանալի է, որ թե՛ մարզպետարանները, թե՛ համայնքապետարաններն ու քաղաքապետարաններն իրենց բյուջեից որոշակի գումար են ծախսում նաև հյուրասիրություններ կազմակերպելու նպատակով կամ, այսպես ասած, ներկայացուցչական ծախսեր են նախատեսում։
Հնարավոր է, որ սա այդ դեպքերից է, սակայն ցուցակն ինքնին չափազանց «էկզոտիկ» է...
