Դուք տեսնում եք այս պրոցեսների ընդամենը 10 տոկոսը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 24-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՍԴ նախագահ Հրայր Թովմասյանը՝ իր տան խուզարկությունից հետո։
«Նախկին ԱԱԾ տնօրենը դրա վերաբերյալ ակնարկ արեց, ես հուսով եմ, ես վստահ եմ, որ իր սպայի պատիվը թույլ չի տա, որ ինքն այդ ամբողջի մասին լռի և այս ամբողջ պրոցեսները՝ երբ են սկսել, ոնց է սկսվել, ինձ հետ ինչ են խոսել, այդ ամենը կդառնա հանրության սեփականություն։ Եթե առ այսօր ես դրա մասին լռում եմ, միայն իմ երկիր հեղինակությամբ է պայմանավորված։ Եթե չեմ սխալվում համաշխարհային պատմության մեջ վերջին անգամ, որ որևէ բարձրագույն դատական ատյանի ղեկավար քրեական հետապնդման է ենթարկվել, եղել է 1803 թվականին ԱՄՆ գերագույն դատարանի նախագահը։ Այս ամբողջը մի օր պետք է լիներ, մի օր մի դատարան, մի դատավոր պետք է պայքարի իր անկախության համար։ Սրանք ուզում եք զրկանք համարեք, ուզում եք հետապնդում համարեք, բայց սա իմ խաչն է, որ ես պետք է տանեմ»,-նշեց նա։
Հարցին՝ այս ամենից հետո չի՞ պատրաստվում հրաժարական տալ, Թովմասյանն ասաց․ «Հայտնի բան կա, ասում է՝ այս ամբողջից հետո դեռ երգո՞ւմ ես, այսինք՝ այս ամբողջից հետո դուք դեռ նման հարց եք տալ՞ս»։
Լրագրողները հետաքրքրվեցին՝ ի՞նչ կարող էր տանն ունենալ, որ խուզարկություն են իրականացրել, Թովմասյանն ասաց․ «Չէի ուզում դրան անդրադառնալ, ասում եմ՝ տվեք փաստաթուղթը կարդամ, ասում է՝ ես կարդացի, դուք լսեցիք»։
Հարցին՝ հնարավո՞ր է նոտարական գրասենյակի վկայականն էին փնտրում, ՍԴ նախագահը հարցով պատասխանեց․ «Ձեր տան վկայականը կարող է մեր տանը լինի՞։ Բնականաբար՝ ոչ»։
Նա վստահեցրեց՝ իր նկատմամաբ գործընթացը քաղաքական է․ «Խնդիրն ավելի խորքային է, ցուցմունք տալուց իմ հրաժարվելը պայամանվորված է նրանով, որ այստեղ ընդհանրապես իրավունք գոյություն չունի, այս ամենի բուն նպատակը քաղաքական է և վատ քաղաքական է, որը ոչ միայն չի բխում իմ շահերից, ձեր շահերից, որևէ մեկի շահերից»։
Թովմասյանն ասաց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ չի խոսել․ «Չեմ խոսել, նպատակ էլ չունեմ խոսելու»։
Իր հեռախոսազրույցները գաղտնալսելու մասով նա ասաց՝ թող գաղտնալսեն․ «Իմ կյանքի ռեժիմը չի փոխվել, իմ հեռախոսահամարները չեն փոխվել»։
