ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի միջոցով անդրադարձավ ամանորյա միջոցառումների համար ծախսված գումարին:
Վարչապետի խոսքով, Ամանորի համար 271 միլիոն դրամ ծախսելով՝ Հայաստան են բերել հավելյալ 9 միլիարդ 307 միլիոն դրամ։
«Հիշում եք, որ կառավարությունը Ամանորից առաջ որոշում կայացրեց 271 մլն դրամ հատկացնել Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանին, որպեսզի Հանրապետության հրապարակում ամանորյա միջոցառումները կազմակերպվեն նոր տրամաբանությամբ, նոր թափով: Երբ այդ գումարը տրամադրվում էր, շատ քննադատություններ հնչեցին, թե որքանով է արդյունավետ նման միջոցներ հատկացնելը:
Հիմա ուզում եմ արդյունքների հիման վրա անդրադառնալ այդ հարցին. Այդ միջոցների տրամադրման նպատակն այն էր, որ զբոսաշրջիկներից, մեր հայրենակիցների համար Ամանորը Երեւանում անցկացնելն ավելի գրավիչ լինի: Մենք ունենք տվյալներ եւ կարող ենք ասել, որ դեկտեմբերի 28-ից հունվարի 6-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախորդ տարվա համեմատ ունեցել ենք 9 մլրդ 307 մլն դրամի հավելյալ դրամաշրջանառություն: Փաստորեն, մենք 271 մլն դրամ ծախսելով կարող ենք ենթադրել, որ նաեւ դրանով է, որ ապահովել ենք այդ 9 մլրդ դրամ ավել դրամաշրջանառությունը: Դրանից ավելի քան 4 մլրդ դրամը տեղի է ունեցել մարզերում»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Նա հավելեց, որ նման միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելու արդյունքում շատերը եկել են Երեւանում Ամանորը նշելու, որից հետո նրանց մի մասն այցելել է նաեւ մարզեր:
«Այդ գումարը գնացել է փոքր կրպակների տերերին, տաքսու վարորդներին եւ մենք այս միջոցով փոքր բիզնես ունեցողներին օգնել ենք, որ հավելյալ եկամուտներ գեներացնեն:
Կա ավելի կարեւոր արձանագրում. Ամենամեղմ հաշվարկների արդյունքով, այս 9 մլրդ հավելյալ առեւտրաշրջանառության արդյունքում, ինձ ասում են, որ գեներացվելու է ավելի քան 325 մլն դրամի հարկ: Այսինքն այն 271 մլն դրամը որ ծախսեցինք Ամանորին, առնվազն կրկին վերադառնալու է բյուջե եւ մի բան էլ ավելի: Սրանով բազմաթիվ գործարարներ օգտվեցին այդ դրամաշրջանառությունից: Մյուս տարի մենք ավելի մասշտաբային ծախսեր ենք անելու Ամանորի հետ կապված»,-ընդգծեց վարչապետը:
