«Կիսաբաց լուսամուտներ» հաղորդման շրջանակում ականատես եղանք մի արտառոց դեպքի, երբ 25-ամյա կինը, որը մոր խնամքին է, ապրում է բռնության հետքերով, խոշտանգված, անմարդկային պայմաններում և ի վիճակի չէ նույնիսկ խոսելու և միայնակ սնվելու։ Տեսախցիկների առաջ հարևաններն ու աղջկա տատիկը վստահեցնում են, որ մայրն է աղջկան հասցրել այդ վիճակին՝ ծեծի ենթարկելու միջոցով։ ԼՈՒՐԵՐ․com-ի հետ զրույցում փաստաբան Գարիկ Սահակյանն, ով հաղորդման փորձագետներից է, նշեց, որ չի կարող հստակ ասել, բայց փորձագետների, օբյեկտիվ հանդիսատեսի մոտ տպավորությունն այնպիսին էր, թե մայրն է ծեծի ենթարկել աղջկան․ «Այն վարվելակերպը, որն ուներ մայրը դստեր հետ, փաստում է, որ նա եսասիրաբար է մոտենում հարցին։ Եթե անգամ մայրը չի ծեծել աղջկան, ամեն դեպքում նրա մոտ կա բացառիկ անտարբերություն, սառը վերաբերմունք, երեխային օգտագործելու շնորհիվ, ըստ երևույթին, հաշմանդամության թոշակ ստանալու և պետությունից ինչ-որ բան ստանալու ակնկալիք։ Մեղքի մեծ բաժինն, անշուշտ, մորինն է։ Մոր կողմից հարևանի հետ վարվելակերպը՝ հրելը, խոսելաձևը արձանագրելիս՝ տեսնում ենք, որ հնարավոր է իր գործողության արդյունքում է աղջիկն այդ վիճակում հայտնվել»,- ասաց փաստաբանը։

Հարցին՝ պետությունն ի՞նչ կարող է անել հարցին լուծում տալու համար, փաստաբանը պատասխանեց․ «Կարծում եմ՝ առաջին հերթին, պետք է քրեական գործ հարուցելու շրջանակում, երբ հարևանները, այլ շահագրգիռ անձինք կքննվեն, ովքեր տեսել են մոր կողմից դաժան վերաբերմունք։ Ինչու չէ երեխային հարկադիր կերպով վերցնեն, տանեն այնպիսի հաստատություն, որը կարող է հոգ տանել երեխայի մասին։ Ցավոք, այսպիսի մասնագիտացված հաստատություն չկա, բայց կան հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, որոնք նման գործառույթ են իրականացնում և զբաղվում են ընտանիքում բռնության ենթարկված անձանցով»,- նշեց նա։  

 

Փաստաբանի խոսքով՝ հաղորդաշարը կարող է դիտվել հաղորդում հանցագործության մասին, ուստի փորձագետների կողմից այդ առումով հատուկ քայլեր չեն ձեռնարկվել․ «Ոստիկանությունը, երբ հաղորդումը տեսնի՝ չեմ կարծում, թե անտարբեր կմնա և իր լիազորության սահմաններում քայլեր կիրականացնի»,- ասաց Սահակյանը։
