«Ցիվիլ ձեւին համաձայն չենք. սպանդանոց չպետք է լինի, վերջ». Արարատի մարզում մայրուղին ժամանակավորապես բացվեց

Մեզ բանի տեղ չեն դնում, 4 ժամ գոռացինք էլ Փաշինյան, էլ չգիտեմ ինչ, ոչ ոք չպատասխանեց: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հունվարի 21-ին, նշեցին Արարատի մարզի Խոր Վիրապ համայնքի մոտ մայրուղին փակած բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակինցերը: Նրանք բողոքում են անասունների մորթը սպանդանոցներում կազմակերպելու դեմ:

Այստեղ է նաեւ Արարատի մարզպետ Գարիկ Սարգսյանը:

Արարատի մարզպետն էլ արձագանքեց. «Մի ասեք, բանի տեղ չեն դնում: Բոլորս էլ իրար ճանաչում ենք, մի մարզի ժողովուրդ ենք, եկեք քննարկենք հարցը, խոսքներս մեկ անենք, ձեզ էլ հստակ բան ասենք: հարցը ունի երկու կողմ. որ մենք մորթը պետք է ցիվիլ ձեւով կազմակերպենք, մեկ էլ, որ ժողովրդի կողմից դժգոհություններ կան: Մենք պետք է գնանք այդ ճանախպարհով»:

Սրան առարկեցին ցուցարարները. «Ժողովուրդը ցիվիլ ձեւին համաձայն չի: Գյուղացիներից ոչ մեկը չի ուզում սպանդանոց բացվի: Եթե ուզում են մաքուր լինի մորթը, թող առաջին հերթին Պարսկաստանից նեխած միս չբերեն, 1000 դրաով ծախեն ժողովրդի վրա: Սպանդանոց չպետք է լինի, վերջ»:

Ցուցարարներից մեկը նշեց, որ մի մեքենայի մեջ 10 անասուն են բարձում, ճանապարհին ցուլերը իրար եկ կպցում, տեղը կապտում է, էնտեղ խփում են՝ 3-րդ կարգի միս» «Եկեք իմ ֆերման տեսեք, Երեւանի կենտրոնից կարող է մաքուր լինի»:

Գարիկ Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ կոնկրետ մի քանի խնդիր կարող է լինել թե տեղափոխման մասով, թե մորթի, թե անասունի վնասվելու: «Այդ բոլորը ձեւակերպված ներկայացվե՞լ է կառավարությանը: Վարչապետի խորհրդականի հետ շուրջ երկու ժամ այս թեման քննարկել ենք երեկ: Մի շարք հարցեր կան, որ բարձրաձայնվել են, հիմա այդ հարցերի պատասխանները ստանալու համար ժամանակ է պետք: ԱԺ-ում էլ այսօր ժամը 16-ին քննարկում է լինելու սպանդանոցների հարցի առնչությամբ: Առաջարկում ենք ժաը 18.30-ին, այդ քննարկումներից հետո հանդիպել մարզպետարանի դահլիճում, քննարկենք իրավիճակը:

Ես կներկայացնեմ, որ այստեղ սաբոտաժ չի, զոռբայություն չի, հալալ քրտինքով ապրող մարդիկ են, որոնց մեծ մասին ճանաչում ենք: Ժամը 6-ին ձեզ բոլորիդ սպասում ենք մարզպետարանի դահլիճում, ինչքան բողոքավոր կա, հավաքեք, եկեք»,-ասաց մարզպետը:

Գյուղացիները համաձայնեցին սպասել մինչեւ ժամը 18.30 եւ բացեցին ճանապարհը, սակայն նաեւ նշեցին. «Եթե մեր հարցին լուծում չտանք, օդանավակայանն էլ ենք փակելու, սաղ ենք փակելու»:

Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ անասնաբուծությամբ զբաղվողների դժգոհությունը կապված է իրենց բնակավայրերից սպանդանոցների հեռավորության, դրանց առաջարկած գների հետ: Նրանք պնդում են, որ սպանդանոցային մորթը պարտադիր դարձնելով իրենց զրկում է եկամուտից: Նրանք վերջին օրերին բողոքի ակցիաներ էին իրականացնում կառավարության շենքի մոտ` պահանջելով հանդիպում վարչապետի հետ: Նրանց ակցիան  նախօրեին ուղեկցվել էր փողոց փակելով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա հունվարի 15-ից ուժի մեջ է մտել կառավարության ընդունած որոշումը, ըստ որի` Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում վաճառվող միսը պետք է ունենա սպանդանոցում մորթված լինելը հավաստող փաստաթուղթ, ինչն անվտանգության երաշխիք է։

Նշենք, որ այս պահին դեռեւս փակ է Արմավիր-Երեւան մայրուղին, որտեղ բողոքի ակցիան դեռ շարունակվում է:
