«Ցեղասպանությունն ազգային քաղաքականություն է». Բաքվի ջարդերի 30-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված քննարկում ԱՀ-ի ԱԺ-ում
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՀունվարի 20-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում տեղի է ունեցել Բաքվի հայ բնակչության զանգվածային ջարդերի 30-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված քննարկում, որին հիմնական բանախոսությամբ հանդես է եկել ամերիկահայ գրող, դասախոս, իրավաբանական գիտությունների թեկնածու, Ուեստբրուք քաղաքի խորհրդի անդամ եւ Բաքվի ջարդերը վերապրած Աննա Աստվածատուրյան Թերքոթը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի լրատվության եւ հանրության հետ կապերի բաժնից։
Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը, մշտական հանձնաժողովների եւ խմբակցությունների ղեկավարներ եւ պատասխանատուներ, պետական համակարգի ներկայացուցիչներ եւ Բաքվի ջարդերը վերապրածներ:
Բացելով քննարկումը՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն անդրադարձել է նախօրեին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովում Բաքվի ջարդերի 30-րդ տարելիցին նվիրված Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի եւ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի միջեւ համագործակցության միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի հատուկ նիստին եւ հանձնաժողովի ընդունած հայտարարությանը՝ ընդգծելով դրա կարեւորությունը՝ Բաքվի ջարդերի մասին եւս մեկ անգամ բարձրաձայնելու ու դրանք դատապարտելու առումով:
Հիմնական բանախոս Աննա Աստվածատուրյան Թերքոթը, խոսելով Բաքվի ջարդերի մասին, ներկայացրել է այն բոլոր խնդիրները, որոնց առնչվել ու առնչվում են փախստականներն առ այսօր:
«Իմ հարազատները ջարդերի արդյունքում ցրվել եւ այժմ ապրում են տարբեր երկրներում, եւ մենք միմյանց չենք ճանաչում: Դա է մեր դժբախտությունը: Ես ամենուր ինձ փախստական եմ զգում»,-ասել է Աննա Աստվածատուրյանը:
Բանախոսը նաեւ նշել է, որ, ցավոք սրտի, առ այսօր այդ հարցի նկատմամբ չի եղել պետական համապարփակ մոտեցում, եւ մի քանի օր առաջ ՀՀ-ում կայացած միջխորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նիստը դրան ուղղված առաջին քայլն էր:
Թեմայի վերաբերյալ ելույթ է ունեցել նաեւ պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսանդր Մանասյանը, որը կարեւորել է Բաքվի ջարդերի մասին տեղեկատվության հանրայնացման եւ առաջմղման եղանակների որոնումը ու կազմակերպումը: Խոսելով Բաքվի իրադարձությունների մասին՝ նա նշել է, որ հայերի պատմության ընթացքում թե զոհը եւ թե կատարողը միշտ նույնն է: «Ցեղասպանությունն ազգային քաղաքականություն է»,-ընդգծել է Մանասյանը՝ խոսելով Ադրբեջանի վարած հակահայ քարոզչության մասին:
Մասնակիցները բանախոսներին են առաջադրել հարցեր եւ հանդես եկել ելույթներով:
Ամփոփելով հանդիպումը՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը նշել է, որ եւ΄ Հայաստանում, եւ΄ Արցախում պետք է պատրաստել 88-90-կան թվականների դեպքերի վերաբերյալ փաթեթ, որը ամենաճիշտ հիմնավորումը կլինի, թե ինչու Արցախը չի կարող ինել Ադրբեջանի կազմում թե΄ սուվերենության եւ թե΄ իրավազորության առումով:
