Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն է ներկայացնելու դատավոր Դանիբեկյանին
SOCIETYՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը պատրաստվում է ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն ներկայացնել դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին։
Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի փաստաբանական թիմը:
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործով հերթական նիստը տեղի կունենա հունվարի 21-ին, ժամը 13:00-ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթ նստավայրում: Նիստը կնախագահի դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանը։
Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա 1998թ․ ապրիլի 9-ից մինչև 2008 թվականի ապրիլի 9-ը զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ Նախագահի պաշտոնը, ՀՀ Սահմանադրության ուժով հանդիսանալով պետության գլուխը և կրելով ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը հետևելու, օրենսդիր, գործադիր և դատական իշխանությունների բնականոն գործունեությունն ապահովելու պարտականություններ, ինչպես նաև օժտված լինելով մշտապես կազմակերպչական-տնօրինչական և վարչատնտեսական, գործառույթներ իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի լիազորություններով, այլ անձանց հետ հանցակցությամբ, տապալել է ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը, ինչպես նաև իր պաշտոնեական դիրքն օգտագործելով <<Թի Էս Էս Սի Արմենիա>> ՍՊ ընկերության միակ մասնակից և տնօրեն Սիլվա Համբարձումյանի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելուն նպաստելու, այն է՝ այդ ընկերությանը տրամադրված ընդերքն օգտակար հանածոների շահագործման նպատակով ուսումնասիրության հատուկ լիցենզիաներով ընկերության 100 տոկոս բաժնեմասը ՀՀ-ում ոչ ռեզիդենտ ընկերությանը վաճառելու գործարքին չխոչընդոտելու համար, 2008 թվականի փետրվարին և մայիսին Սամվել Մայրապետյանի օժանդակությամբ նրանից ստացել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ 927․000․000 ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք 3․000․000 ԱՄՆ դոլար կաշառք։
