Այն, ինչ իր կյանքի գնով չտվեց Կուտոյանը, նույն ուժերը կփորձեն ստանալ Գևորգ Կոստանյանից․Արթուր Ղազինյան
POLITICSԱզգային անվտանգության ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Գեորգի Կուտոյանի ողբերգական մահը ցնցեց Հայաստանի ամբողջ հասարակական-քաղաքական դաշտը։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Ղազինյանը։
«Հայկ Հարությունյան, Գեորգի Կուտոյան։ Ո՞վ է հաջորդը Գեորգի Կուտոյանի ողբերգական մահը ցնցեց Հայաստանի ամբողջ հասարակական-քաղաքական դաշտը։
Իմ նախորդ գրառման մեջ հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրել էի այն հանգամանքի վրա, որ ինչ-որ «հզոր և անտեսանելի» ձեռք ստիպել էր Կուտոյանին թողնել իր ուսումը Մեծ Բրիտանիայում և վերադառնալ Հայաստան։ Կարելի է միայն պատկերացնել, թե ինչպիսի բարոյական ու հոգեբանական ճնշման տակ է եղել Կուտոյանը, որ դրդել է նրան այդ քայլին։
Կուտոյանը մի քանի տարի եղել է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի օգնականը, որը համակարգել է Հայաստանի ամբողջ դատաիրավական համակարգը, վայելել է իր անմիջական ղեկավարի բացարձակ վստահությունն ու համակրանքը։ Այս վստահության հիմքի վրա հետագայում նշանակվեց Հայաստանի ԱԱԾ տնօրեն։
Անկասկած, նա տիրապետում էր ահռելի ծավալի տեղեկատվության և անգնահատելի արժեք էր ներկայացնում Հայաստանի ինչպես ներկա, այնպես էլ նախկին իշխանությունների համար։
Կուտոյանի նկատմամբ որևէ քրեական գործ հարուցված չէր, նրա նկատմամբ հետախուզում չէր հայտարարվել, սակայն ինչ-որ ուժ նրան ստիպեց թողնել իր հեռանկարային ուսումը և վերադառնալ դժոխք՝ նոր Հայաստան։
ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի իրավական ոլորտը համակարգող մյուս օգնականը Գևորգ Կոստանյանն էր, որը նույնպես վայելում էր Սերժ Սարգսյանի բացարձակ վստահությունը։ Նա հետագայում նշանակվեց ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազ։ Անկասկած, Կոստանյանը նույնպես տիրապետում է գերարժեքավոր տեղեկությունների և պակաս կարևորություն չի ներկայացնում ներկա և նախկին իշխանությունների համար։
Ի տարբերություն Կուտոյանի, Կոստանյանի նկատմամբ հարուցված է քրեական գործ, հայտարարված է միջազգային հետախուզում և նրան Հայաստան վերադարձնելու համար Հայաստանի նոր իշխանություններն առայժմ կիրառում են իրավական ճնշման գործիքներ։
Մի կողմ թողնելով Կոստանյանին առաջադրված մեղադրանքի հիմնավորվածությունը, հարկ է ուշադրություն դարձնել այն փաստի վրա, որ այն, ինչ իր կյանքի գնով չտվեց Կուտոյանը, նույն ուժերը կփորձեն ստանալ Գևորգ Կոստանյանից։
Հետևաբար, Հայաստանի բոլոր քաղաքկան և հասարակական ուժերը իրենց ուշադրությունը պետք է կենտրոնացնեն Կոստանյանի շուրջ առաջիկայում տեղի ունենալիք զարգացումների վրա։
Ներկա և նախկին իշխանությունների պայքարի էպիկենտրոնում, ըստ ամենայնի, հայտնվելու է հենց Գևորգ Կոստանյանը»,-նշել է նա։
