Գեորգի Կուտոյանն իր հետ տարավ Ապրիլյան պատերազմի ողջ անատոմիան․․․

2016 թ. փետրվարի 12-ին ՀՀ Նախագահի հրամանագրով Գեորգի Կուտոյանը նշանակվել էր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարությանն առընթեր ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն։
Ընդամենը երկու ամիս անց, ապրիլի 2-ին սկվեց Ապրիլյան պատերազմը, որի հետևանքով կորցրեցինք 800 հեկար տարածք։ Նկատենք, որ Գերգի Կուտոյանը կյանքից հեռացավ ապրիլին ծավալված ռազմական գործողությունների հանգամանքների ուսումնասիրման քննիչ հանձնաժողովի ծավալած աշխատանքի ժամանակահատվածում։
Այն, որ մեծ զինված ուժերը «անակնկալի» էին եկել թշնամու հարձակումից կարծում եմ անհերքելի է։ Իսկ պետության նկատմամբ հնարավոր սպառնալիքի վերեբերյալ օր առաջ տեղեկության քաղումը նաև ԱԱԾ-ի առանցքային գործառույնթերի շարքում է։
Միամտություն կլինի կարծել, որ Կուտոյանը չի տիրապետել թշնամու հարձակման հետևանքով ստեղծված ինչ-որ տեղ առեղծվածային իրավիճակի մանրամասներին։
Միամտություն կլինի կարծել, որ Կուտոյանը անտեղյակ է եղել պատերազմի օրերին տեղի ունեցած խայտառակ խնդիրների, պետական մասնշտաբի թալանի ու թալանչիների գործողությունների մասին։
Միամտություն կլինի կարծել, որ Կուտոյանի «ձեռքի տակ» չի եղել ապրիլյանի ողջ անատոմիան։ Անատոմիա, որի բացահայտումը միանգամայն ձեռնտու չէ այդ ժամանակ պետության գերագույն հրամանատարի և իր թիմակիցների համար։
Կուտոյանի կորստով մենք բոլորս ետքայլ կատարեցինք ապրիլյան պատերազմի եղելությունը բացահայտելու գործում։
