Մինչև 2020թ. ապրիլ սակագնի վերանայման հայտ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության կողմից չի ներկայացվի. փոխվարչապետ
SOCIETYՀանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովի (ՀԾԿՀ) նախագահ Գարեգին Բաղրամյանը լրատվամիջոցներից մեկի հետ զրույցում չէր բացառել, որ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունը հայտ կներկայացնի հանձնաժողով՝ սպառողի համար գազի սակագինը բարձրացնելու համար: Ավելի ուշ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» հաստատել էր՝ գազի սակագնի վերանայման հարց քննարկվում է:
Այս առնչությամբ 168.am-ը գրավոր պարզաբանում է խնդրել ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանից, ինչին ի պատասխան՝ նա նշել է.
«Մեր կարծիքով, մինչև 2020թ. ապրիլ սակագնի վերանայման հայտ «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերության կողմից չի ներկայացվի, քանի որ բանակցություններն ընթացքի մեջ են և դեռ չեն ամփոփվել: 2020թ.-ին ապրիլի 1-ից հետո հայտ ներկայացնելու դեպքում այն բաց և հրապարակային կքննարկվի Հանրային ծառայությունները կարգավորող հանձնաժողովում, որտեղ և՛ փորձագետները, և՛ ընդհանրապես ցանկացած անձ հնարավորություն կունենա հիմնավորված դատողություններ անելու և գնահատականներ տալու գնագոյացման վերաբերյալ»:
Ավելի վաղ 168.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Մեկ Հայաստան» կուսակցության քաղխորհրդի անդամ, քաղաքական գիտությունների դոկտոր Վահե Դավթյանն ակնարկել էր, որ Մոսկվայի հետ տևական ժամանակ վարվող բանակցությունները ձախողվել են, քանի որ ստեղծված աշխարհատնտեսական իրավիճակում կարելի էր ոչ միայն պահպանել սահմանին գազի գինը 165 դոլարի մակարդակում, այլև ապահովել դրա իջեցումը, ինչպես դա արեց Մոլդովան, որի համար գազի գինն արդեն առաջին փուլով՝ նոյեմբերին, 10 տոկոսով իջեցրեցին:
«Ավելին, ակնկալվում է ևս 30 տոկոսով իջեցում ապահովել: Մինչդեռ մենք ընդամենը սահմանափակվեցինք նույն գինը պահպանելով: Հիշեցնեմ, որ 2019-ին ռուսական գազի գինը միջազգային շուկաներում կտրուկ անկում արձանագրեց, օրինակ, Եվրոպայում հասնելով ռեկորդային 120 դոլարի, ինչից մենք չկարողացանք օգտվել»,- հավելել է Դավթյանը:
Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը կարծում է՝ սահմանին գազի գնի շուրջ բանակցությունները ձախողված անվանելը կոռեկտ չէ:
«Բանակցությունների արդյունքում առնվազն հաջողվել է կանխել գնի թանկացումը սահմանին: Բնականաբար, մեր ձգտումն ու ցանկությունն է՝ նվազեցնել գինը սահմանին, ինչի շուրջ քննարկումը շարունակվում է, և հարցը մնալու է օրակարգային երկկողմ հարաբերություններում: Պետք է նշել նաև, որ Հայաստանի համար գինը սահմանին 2020թ. համար կազմելու է կայուն 165 ԱՄՆ դոլար, Մոլդովայի համար՝ տարեսկզբի բանաձևայինը կազմել է մոտ 173 ԱՄՆ դոլար (ըստ պաշտոնական լրահոսի), Եվրոպայի համար՝ տարեսկզբի բանաձևայինը կազմել է մոտ 195 ԱՄՆ դոլար (ըստ պաշտոնական լրահոսի):
