«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է․ 

Ինչպես հայտնի է, իշխանական ուժը վերջին երկու օրերին խմբակցությունների (ԱԺ և ավագանու) ու վարչության մի քանի փակ նիստեր էր հրավիրել, որոնց անձամբ մասնակցել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ավելին, այս քննարկումների հիմնական բանախոսն ու կազմակերպիչը եղել է վարչապետը։ 

Սակայն մտահոգող հարցերը, բնականաբար, միայն այս հանդիպումներով չեն սահմանափակվում, քննարկումներ են ընթանում տարբեր ֆորմատներով: «Փաստ» թերթի իշխանական աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, առաջնային թեմաներից են ՍԴ դատավորների շուրջ առկա թնջուկը, դատավորներին ամեն գնով «տուպիկ» մտցնելու հնարավորությունները։ 

Ըստ տեղեկությունների, քննարկումներից մեկի ժամանակ նույնիսկ առաջարկ է հնչել, որ ցանկալի արդյունք չունենալու դեպքում պետք է ձերբակալել Հրայր Թովմասյանին։ Մասնակիցներից մեկի այն դիտարկմանը, ում անունը մեր աղբյուրը չցանկացավ հրապարակել, թե դա հակասահմանադրական է և Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի հետ նոր խնդիրներ է առաջացնելու, Փաշինյանն ասել է, թե՝ ոչինչ էլ չկա, թող մի քանի օր ԿԳԲ-ի պադվալի համը տեսնի, կարողա խելքը գլուխը հավաքի։
