Մանվել Գրիգորյանն ազատ արձակվեց. դատարանը հրապարակեց որոշումը

ԵԿՄ նախկին նախագահ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխվեց, նա դատարանի որոշմամբ ստորագրությամբ ազատ արձակվեց։
Նշենք, որ ՀՀ դատախազության նախաձեռնությամբ Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում, դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի նախագահությամբ այսօր՝ հունվարի 15-ին, ԵԿՄ վարչության նախկին նախագահ, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի խափանման միջոցի փոփոխման վերաբերյալ արտահերթ դատական նիստ էր հրավիրվել։
Նիստին հրավիրված միջգերատեսչական փորձագիտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանն ասաց, որ Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակը ծանր է, եւ նրա կալանքը համատեղելի չէ առողջական վիճակի հետ։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ նախկինում ստեղծված հանձնաժողովը տվել էր եզրակացություն, որ Գրիգորյանի կալանքը համատեղելի է եղել առողջական վիճակի հետ։
Դատախազությունը միջնորդեց՝ հաշվի առնելով «Նաիրի» ԲԿ–ից ստացված՝ Գրիգորյանի առողջական վիճակի վերաբերյալ գրությունը, նրա խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխել։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը երեկվանից գտնվում է «Նաիրի» ԲԿ-ի վերակենդանացման բաժնում։ Ըստ պաշտպանների՝ նրա վիճակը ծանր է, նրան միացված է արհեստական շնչառության սարք։
Նշենք, որ Մանվել Գրիգորյանը մեղադրվում է ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու, ավելի քան 101 միլիոն դրամի գույք յուրացնելու, ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամի հարկերի վճարումից խուսափելու, պետական միջոցներից ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ դրամ վատնելու եւ շորթմամբ 37 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ գույքի հափշտակությունը կազմակերպելու մեջ:
