Համաշխարհային տնտեսական համաժողովը կլիմայական աղետները համաշխարհային տնտեսության համար ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքն է անվանել
ECONOMICSՀամաշխարհային տնտեսական համաժողովը (ՀՏՀ) կլիմայական աղետները բուսականության տեսակների ոչնչացումը համաշխարհային տնտեսության համար ամենալուրջ սպառնալիքն է անվանել։
«Ծովի մակարդակը բարձրանում է, իսկ կլիմայի փոփոխության հետ կապված հրդեհները ավելի շատ տարածքներ են զբաղեցնում»,- տնտեսության համար ռիսկերի մասին ամենամյա զեկույցի շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՏՀ նախագահ, Նորվեգիայի արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար Բորգե Բրենդեն։ Զեկույցը կազմված է 750 փորձագետների եւ համաշխարհային տնտեսության մեջ որոշումներ կայացնող անձանց հարցումների հիման վրա, հայտնում է DW-ը։
Զեկույցի համաձայն, առաջին անգամ հինգ խոշորագույն ռիսկերը էկոլոգիական են։ Մասնավորապես, հարցման մեջ նախազգուշացվում է «ունեցվածքի, ենթակառուցվածքի եւ կյանքի համար մեծ վնաս ներկայացնող եղանակային արտակարգ երեւույթների մասին», ինչպես նաեւ տարերային աղետների մասին, որոնք սպասվում են հաջորդ 10 տարվա ընթացքում։ Բացի այդ, նշվում է կենսազանազանության կորստի եւ վերգետնյա ու ջրային էկոհամակարգերի քայքայման հնարավորությունը։
Մեկ այլ երկարաժամկետ ռիսկ է համարվում կլիմայի փոփոխություններին եւ շրջակա միջավայրի համար անտրոպոգեն վնասին հարմարվելու կառավարությունների անընդունակությունը, նշվում է այնտեղ։ Որպես օրինակ են բերվում էկոլոգիական հանցագործությունները, նավթի լցումները եւ «ռադիոակտիվ աղտոտումները»։
2020թ․ աշխարհի առաջատար քաղաքական գործիչները պետք է համագործակցեն «հասարակության բոլոր ոլորտների հետ»՝ հանուն կոոպերացիայի ստեղծված համակարգի, վստահ է Բրենդեն։ Նրա խոսքերով՝ դա պետք է արվի «ոչ միայն կարճատեւ շահի համար, այլեւ ծառայի խորը արմատավորված ռիսկերի հաղթահարմանը»։
