ՔՊ երկակի ստանդարտները՝ երկու տարի անց
ANALYSISՆիկոլ Փաշինյանի քաղաքական թիմը հաճախ է պարծենում այն հանգամանքով, որ իրենք՝ ի տարբերություն նախկինների, երբեք չեն առաջնորդվում երկակի ստանդարտներով: Այդպես է դա, թե՝ ոչ, կարելի է դատել տարբեր ոլորտներում այսօր ծավալվող, մեղմ ասած, տարակուսելի պրոցեսներից, որոնք հանրության մոտ զարմանք, ինչ-որ տեղ նաև զայրույթ են առաջացնում: Կարելի՞ է արդյոք երկակի ստանդարտ համարել այն հանգամանքը, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը, գալով իշխանության հենց փողոց փակելու միջոցով և դրա արդյունքում, այսօր այլ քաղաքացիների դեպքում պայքարի նման ճանապարհը համարում է անթույլատրելի:
Կամ կարելի՞ է արդյոք երկակի ստանդարտ համարել այն, որ, օրինակ, քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանին կարելի է նվերներ ընդունել, իսկ ՀՀ դեսպաններին՝ ոչ: Հայաստանը թալանած Սաշիկ Սարգսյանին կարելի է թույլ տալ լքել երկիրը՝ բուժման նպատակով, իսկ Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ Մանվել Գրիգորյանին, ում մեղքը այսքան ժամանակ անց անգամ չի հաստատվել՝ ոչ, և դա այն պարագայում, երբ Գրիգորյանի վիճակը օրեցօր վատթարանում է: Կարելի՞ է, արդյոք, երկակի ստանդարտ համարել՝ լավ աչքով նայել մուծված օլիգարխներին, իսկ նրանց, ովքեր ցանկանում են աշխատել մաքուր՝ հանձնել ՊԵԿ-ի ռեկետչիկներին: Երկակի ստանդարտ է հասարկությունը սևերի և սպիտակների բաժանելը, երկակի ստանդարտ է դատական համակարգի դեմ կիրառվող քաղաքականությունը, երբ իշխանությանը հաճո որոշումներ կայացնող դատավորները խրախուսվում են, իսկ մյուսները՝ պիտակավորվու, իբրև, պատերի տակ վնգստացող:
Երկակի ստանդարտները հասել են անգամ համացանց, երբ կառավարության ֆեյքաբուծական ֆաբրիկան ուշի-ուշով հետևում է Փաշինյանի և ՔՊ-ական այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների դեմ գրվող մեկնաբանություններին կամ գրառումներին: Մինչդեռ, հենց սեփական ֆեյքերի կողմից համացանցում տարածվող անհանդուրժողականության և բռնության քարոզը, միանշանակ, ողջունվում է, եթե չասենք, պետականորեն հովանավորվում է հենց բյուջեից:
Նոր իշխանությունները պետք է առավել անկեղծ գտնվեն և ընդունեն, որ երկակի ստանդարտներից չեն կարողացել խուսափել, իսկ, գուցե, նաև չեն էլ փորձել, քանի որ իշխանությունը քաղցր բան է և դրանից լիարժեքորեն ցանկանում են օգտվել անգամ իրենց հեղափոխական հռչակածները…
