Երկու խնդիր ունենք, նախ տաքսիստներին բորբոքել են 2015–2018 թվականներին լիցենզիաների համար չվճարելու իրենց պարտքերը եւ հունվարի 1–ից գործող բալային համակարգը։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունվարի 15–ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ավտովարորդների պաշտպանության լիգայի» նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանն՝ անդրադառնալով տաքսու վարորդների լիցենզիաների կուտակված տուգանքներին եւ հունվարի 1–ից Հայաստանում տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար գործող բալային համակարգին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ վարորդներին անակնկալի է բերել օրեր առաջ իրենց ծանուցված պարտքերի մասին տեղեկությունը։
«2015–2018 թվականը տաքսիստներ աշխատած ժամանակահատվածում կան կուտակված պետական տուրքեր, որոնց մասին վարչապետը բազմիցս հայտարարել էր, որ դրանք զրոյացվում են, բայց չգիտես ինչու, ինչպես ավտոներկրողների 2017–2018 թվականների պարտքերն են հիշում, հիմա էլ հիշում են տաքսիստների պարտքերը։ Տաքսու վարորդները լիցենզիա են ունեցել, սակայն օնլայն տաքսիների ներխուժումից հետո չեն վճարել այդ գումարները։ Դրա մասին հիշեցրել է Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարությունը, հիմա տրանսպորտային նախարարություն գոյություն չունի, ամեն նախարար իր համար թագավոր է, 4 ոլորտ գրկել, նստել են։ ՏԿԵ նախարարն ի՞նչ է հասկանում տաքսու ոլորտից,– ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը։
Տաքսու վարորդներին նաեւ բորբոքել են տուգանքների չափերի տարբերությունները՝ կապված սեփական տրանսպորտային միջոցը վարելիս կամ տաքսի վարելիս։
«Ամրագոտին, ծխելը սարքեցին 10 հազար դրամ, այսինքն ինձ 2 անգամ պատժեցին, դրա հետ միասին հանում են բալը։ Եթե դուք ձեր մեքենայում եք ծխում, տուգանվում եք 7 հազար դրամ, իսկ տաքսիստը 20 հազար դրամ, տաքսիստի ծուխը 3 անգամ շատ է»,– ասաց բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակից տաքսու վարորդներից մեկը։
Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանի խոսքով՝ հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի օգնական Նաիրի Սարգսյանի հետ, վերջինս խոստացել է, որ հանդիպումներ կկազմակերպեն համապատասխան գերատեսչությունների հետ։
«Հանդիպումներ են տեղի ունենալու ԱԺ–ում, գուցե «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության հետ, ՏԿԵ նախարարությունում եւ ոստիկանությունում։ Ինձ թվում է սկզբում կգնանք ոստիկանություն, ՏԿԵ նախարարություն, նոր ԱԺ, որ օրենքի փոփոխություն լինի, օրենսդրական փոփոխություն անեն։ Շվեյցարիայի վարչապետը տաքսի է քշում, կարելի է իրենք էլ իջնել, տաքսի քշել, մի հատ տեսնեն ինչ դարդ ու ցավ ունենք, ոչ թե նամակները խուրցով ուղարկեն»,– ասաց Հովհաննիսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այսքանով այսօրվա ակցիան դադարեցնում են։
Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ այսօր վարորդները բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացրել Կառավարության առաջ, իրենց դժգոհությունն արտահայտելով հունվարի 1–ից ուժի մեջ մտած բալային համակարգի դեմ, ինչպես նաեւ 2015 թվականից լիցենզիաների համար նախապես հայտարարված վճարումները չեղարկելու պարագայում, պարտքերի ծանուցումներ ստանալու դեմ։
