Հայաստանի Հանրապետության բարձր ղեկավարությունը այցելել է Ծիծեռնակաբերդի հուշահամալիր՝ հարգանքի տուրք մատուցելու Բաքվի ջարդերի զոհերի հիշատակին: Այստեղ է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը, Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, Գարեգին Բ Ամենայն հայոց կաթողիկոսը, բազմաթիվ պատգամավորներ:

 

Հիշեցնենք, որ 1990թ. հունվարի 13-ին՝ ուղիղ 30 տարի առաջ, Ադրբեջանի մայրաքաղաքում սկսվեցին բնիկ հայ բնակչության զանգվածային ջարդերը։ Ադրբեջանի ազգային ճակատի՝ իշխանության ձգտող մի քանի հազար կողմնակիցներ Բաքվում ազգային հողի վրա զանգվածային ջարդեր կազմակերպեցին։

 

Ջարդերը սկսվելու պահին Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը՝ Կոմկուսի Կենտկոմի առաջին քարտուղար Աբդուռահման Վեզիրովի գլխավորությամբ, գրեթե ամբողջովին կորցրել էր իրավիճակի հսկողությունը։ Կրակին յուղ էր լցնում նաեւ Նախիջեւանի կլանը, որի ղեկավար Հեյդար Ալիեւը, գտնվելով Մոսկվայում, ամեն կերպ պաշտպանում էր ջարդերը՝ հանրապետության ղեկավարությանը վարկաբեկելու եւ իր վերադարձի համար հող նախապատրաստելու համար։

 

Իր դաժանությամբ նախադեպը չունեցող հայկական ջարդերը սկսվելու պահին Բաքվում տեղակայված խորհրդային զինվորական ստորաբաժանումներն ամբողջովին արգելափակված էին մնացել Սալյանսկի զորանոցներում։

 

Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությունը պաշտոնապես ընդունել է այն փաստը, որ ջարդերն իրականացվել են ազգային հողի վրա։

 

Սակայն Բաքվի ողբերգական իրադարձությունների տրամաբանությունը չի տեղավորվում ժամանակակից Ադրբեջանի պետական քարոզչամեքենայի «տրամաբանության» մեջ, որն ամբողջովին իր  տակ է վերցրել Ալիեւների կլանը։ 

 

Հայաստանում այսօր սգում են զոհերի համար։ Իսկ Ադրբեջանում կամ չեն հիշում նրանց կամ հատկապես պետությանը ենթակա լրատվամիջոցներով ցինիկ եւ ակնհայտ կեղծիք են տարածում։
