Մթերքներ, որոնք հակացուցված են հղիներին
LIFEՇատերն են լսել այն մասին, որ հղի կանայք չպետք է փափուկ տեսակի պանիրներ, հում ձու ուտեն, ինչպես նաեւ ալկոհոլ օգտագործեն: Բայց կան նաեւ այլ մթերքներ, որոնք հակացուցված են հղիներին: Դրանց մասին պատմել է բրիտանացի մասնագետ Էմմա Դերբիշիրը:
1. Չպաստերիզացված մրգային կամ բանջարեղենային հյութեր
Մասնագետը զգուշացնում է, որ չպաստերիզացված մրգային կամ բանջարեղենային հյութերին վնասն ավելի մեծ կարող է լինել, քան օգուտը: Նման հյութերում կարող են մանրէներ լինել, որոնք վնաս կհասցնեն հղի կնոջ՝ առանց այն էլ թուլացած իմունիտետին:
2. Պաշտետներ
Պաշտետներում, այդ թվում՝ բուսական, կարող են listeria monocytogenes մանրէներ լինել: Հայտնվելով մարդու օրգանիզմում՝ դրանք կարող են հղիների համար վտանգավոր լիստերիոզ հիվանդություն առաջացնել, որոնք կհանգեցնեն վիժման կամ մահածնության:
3. Առվույտի ծիլեր
Առվույտի ծիլերում եւ սերմերում նույնպես կարող են վտանգավոր մանրէներ լինել, որոնք ոչ միշտ են մեռնում ջերմամշակման ժամանակ: Այդ պատճառով հարկավոր է հրաժարվել դրանցից:
4. Սեխ
Սեխը, իհարկե, շատ համեղ է, բայց դրանում, ցավոք, նույնպես listeria monocytogenes կա, այդ պատճառով հղիության ընթացքում ավելի լավ է խուսափել դրանից:
5. Հոթ դոգ
Եթե շատ եք ուզում հոթ դոգ ուտել, նախ հիշեք, որ նրբերշիկներում վտանգավոր բակտերիաներ կան, այդ թվում՝ listeria monocytogenes: Դրանք մահանում են 71 աստիճանից ոչ պակաս ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում, բայց ամենեւին էլ ոչ բոլոր արտադրողներն են նրբերշիկներն այդ ջերմաստիճանում եփում:
6. Սալյամի/Պեպերոնի
Սալյամիում եւ Պեպերոնիում կոնսերվանտներ կան, որոնք կարող են վտանգավոր լինել պտղի զարգացման համար: Այդ պատճառով հղիները պետք է խուսափեն վերամշակված մսից:
7. Հոլանդական սոուս
Հոլանդական սոուսը պատրաստվում է հում ձվից, այդ պատճառով հղի կանանց համար այն կարող է վտանգավոր լինել: Հղիները պետք է խուսափեն նաեւ տնային պայմաններում պատրաստված պաղպաղակից, մայոնեզից եւ այլ մթերքներից, որոնք հում ձու են պարունակում:
8. Տիրամիսու
Տիրամիսուի, մերենգայի եւ մուսերի նման աղանդերում նույնպես հում ձու կա, ինչը կարող է սալմոնելեզայի նման բակտերիալ վարակի վտանգ առաջացնել:
9. Թյունոս ձուկ
Թյունոսը մեծ քանակությամբ սնդիկ է պարունակում, որը կարող է վտանգավոր լինել զարգացող պտղի նյարդային համակարգի համար: Թյունոս ձուկ կարելի է ուտել, բայց փոքր քանակությամբ:
