Երևանի N92 մանկապարտեզի հատուկ խումբը փակվել է. Ահազանգում են աշխատակիցներն ու ծնողները
SOCIETYԵրևանի N92 մանկապարտեզի հատուկ խումբը փակվել է, մասնագետների աշխատանքային պայմանագրի ժամկետն ավարտվել է դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, գրում է 168.am-ը: Ծնողները դիմել են քաղաքապետարան, նույնը պատրաստվում են անել մասնագետները:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայությամբ գործող մանկապարտեզում կազմավորված խմբերը երեքն էին, հաճախում էր ֆիզիկական և մտավոր խնդիրներ ունեցող 24 երեխա: Մանկապարտեզի ֆինանսավորման նպատակահարմարությունը որոշում էր Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը, իսկ հատուկ խմբերի մասնագետների աշխատավարձերի համար ֆինանսավորում տրամադրում էր Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունը:
Ըստ երեխաների հետ աշխատող մասնագետների՝ ծնողները դիմել են Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարություն, որտեղից հայտնել են, որ անցնում են ներառական կրթության, և կառավարությունը չի կարող առանձին գումար տրամադրել:
«Մեր պայմանագիրն ավարտվել է դեկտեմբերի 31-ին, ստացել ենք ծանուցում և փաստացի չենք աշխատում, ոչ մի հրաման կամ որոշում մանկապարտեզը չի ստացել՝ խմբերի աշխատանքները շարունակելու համար: 22 աշխատակից կորցրել է աշխատանքը, իսկ մեզ հետ նոր պայմանագիր չեն կնքել: Երեխաներն էլ, 3 օր է՝ չեն հաճախում մանկապարտեզ»,- լրատվամիջոցին հայտնել է մանկապարտեզի հատուկ խմբում աշխատող մասնագետներից Սիրանուշ Պետրոսյանը:
Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Հովսեփ Կուբատյանն էլ տեղեկացրել է, որ հատուկ խմբերի մասնագետների աշխատավարձերի համար ֆինանսավորում էր տրամադրում ԱՍՀ նախարարությունը, և հունվարի 1-ից ֆինանսավորումը դադարեցվել է: Խմբերի կրճատում, սակայն, չի լինելու, սաների թիվը ևս չի կրճատվելու:
Աղբյուրը նշում է, որ 2019 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 18-ին Ֆեյսբուքի օգտատերերից մեկն իր էջում N92 մանկապարտեզում գոտիներով կապված երեխաների լուսանկարներ էր հրապարակել՝ գրելով.
«Միշտ եմ խորապես մտահոգված եղել մեր հանրապետության կրթական հաստատություններում երեխաների հետ կիրառվող դաստիարակչական մոտեցումների հարցով, սակայն, որ այդ մոտեցումները կարող են վերածվել ֆիզիկական բռնության և ակնհայտորեն կիրառվեն առանց պատասխանատվության որևէ զգացման, որ դրանք կիրառվեն նախադպրոցական տարիքի երեխաների հետ, այն էլ՝ մասնագիտացված նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունում, կարծում եմ՝ սա արդեն չափից ավելի է»:
