SHAMSHYAN.com-ի տեղեկություններով՝ ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում նյութեր են նախապրաստվում երեկ՝ հունվար 9-ին, Արագածոտնի մարզում տեղի ունեցած դանակահարության փաստով: Ժամը 22:50-ի սահմաններում «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ «Կրծքավանդակի առաջնային մակերեսի աջ կեսի ծակած-կտրած վերք, հեմոպնևմաթորաքս հարցականով» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի:
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց է մեկնել ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Մկրտչյանի գլխավորությամբ: Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Կոշ գյուղի բնակիչ, 38-ամյա Արմեն Պ.-ն է, ով հիվանդանոցում բժիշկներին հայտնել է, որ վնասվածքները ստացել է տանը՝ վայր ընկնելու հետևանքով: Մինչ բժիշկները բուժօգնություն էին ցուցաբերում վիրավորին, Աշտարակի ոստիկանության համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները օպերատիվ տեղեկություններն իրացնելով՝ պարզել են, որ վիրավորի հայտնածը «հեքիաթ է»:
Նույն օրը ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում իրենց գյուղի 2-րդ փողոցի իր տանը վիճաբանություն է տեղի ունեցել Արմեն Պ.-ի և նույն գյուղի բնակիչ, 28-ամյա Վահե Ա.-ի միջև, որի ժամանակ էլ վերջինս իր մոտ եղած սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայով հարվածներ է հասցրել Արմեն Պ.-ին: Աշտարակի ոստիկանների բացատրական աշխատանքների արդյունքում այսօր՝ հունվարի 10-ին, կասկածյալ Վահե Ա.-ն ներկայացել է ոստիկանության Աշտարակի բաժին: Ոստիկանները ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ: Հետաքննիչի կողմից նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ վիրավոր Արմեն Պ.-ն աշխատում է արդարադատության նախարարության քրեակատարողական ծառայության «Դատապարտյալների հիվանդանոց» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում:
