Ապօրինի որդեգրման գործով տուժող մայրերը այսօր՝ հունվարի 10-ին, Գլխավոր դատախազության առջև բողոքի ակցիա են իրականացնում։ Նրանք պահանջում են կալանավորել «Վերարտադրողական առողջության, պերինատոլոգիայի, մանկաբարձության և գինեկոլոգիայի հանրապետական ինստիտուտ» ՓԲ ընկերության (Հանրապետական ծննդատան) տնօրեն Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանը, փոխտնօրեն Արշակ Ջերջերյանին։

 

«Դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանն ասում է փաստ չկա, հիմա որ Դավիթ Բալայանին հարցնենք՝ Հայոց ցեղասպանություն եղել է թե չէ, ինչ կպատասխանի։ Բոլորս աղաղակում ենք՝ հայոց ցեղասպանություն է եղել, մեզ կոտորել են, հիմա էլ մենք ենք ասում՝ մեր երեխաներին կոտորել են, մեր երեխաները անհետացել են։ Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանն ուզում է, որ մեր ազգակիցները երեխա չունենա՞ն։ Մեր պահանջը Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանի և մյուս անձանց՝ առաջին հերթին փոխտնօրեն Ջերջերյանի կալանավորումն է»,-ասաց տուժող մայրերից մեկը։

 

Հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ են տարիների վաղեմության դեպքերը հիմա բարձրաձայնում, նա ասաց․ «Նրանք վախեցել են նախկին իշխանություններից, ոմանք 2000 թվականից պայքարում են և արդյունքի չեն հասել, հիմա քանի որ իրավիճակ է փոխվել, իշխանություն է փոխվել, բարձրաձայնվել է, մարդիկ միացել են։ Այնպես չի որ մինչ այս չի բարձրաձայնվել, պարզապես այսպիսի հնչեղություն չի ստացել։ Դատարաններում քննվում են գործեր»։

 

Կնոջ խոսքով՝ 1977 թվականից սկսած բողոքներ կան․ «Այսինքն 1975 թվականից Ռազմիկ Աբրահամյանն աշխատում է, բայց արդեն 1977 թվականից դեպքեր կան։ Տարբեր են դեպքերը»։

 

Հիշեցնենք` Աբրահամյանը մեղադրվում է ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (ծնողներից երեխային ապօրինի բաժանելը կամ երեխային փոխելը, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կողմից) եւ 200 հոդվածի 3-րդ կետով (առեւտրային կաշառք): Դեկտեմբերի 22-ին Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը, դատավոր Դավիթ Բալայանի նախագահությամբ, վերադառնալով խորհրդակցական սենյակից` մերժել էր Աբրահամյանին կալանավորելու մասին ՔԿ քննիչի միջնորդությունը:
