ECONOMICSՀամաշխարհային տնտեսությունը հերթական ցնցումն է ապրում: Կանխատեսումներն էլ լավը չեն:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գները մեկ գիշերվա ընթացքում ամերիկյան ռազմաբազայի հրթիռակոծությունից հետո ավելացել են երկու փուլով՝ սկզբում մոտ 4,4%-ով, ապա՝ 3,5 %-ով:
Նավթի գների հետագա աճն առաջիկա ամիսների շարունակական կլինի՝ անկախ հագամանքից՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներն ու Իրանը կդիմեն լայնամասշտաբ գործողությունների, թե՞ կսահմանափակվեն միմյանց հանդեպ տեղային լոկալ զարգացումներով: Բանն այն է, որ ամեն դեպքում առկա է Իրանի կողմից, որպես պատասխան գործողություն, Հորմուզի նեղուցը փակելու վտանգը: Այն լուրջ սպառնալիք է էներգակիրների շուկայի համար, քանի որ տարբեր տարիների կտրվածքով նեղուցը սպասարկում է նավթամթերքի համաշխարհային արտահանման 30-40 %-ը:
Նավթի համաշխարհային գների փոփոխության արդյունքում՝ մի կողմից, ամերիկյան ռազմական ուժերի՝ տարբեր տարածաշրջաններից դուրս բերման հավանականությունը՝ մյուս կողմից վկայում են առաջիկայում դոլարի դիրքերի թուլացման մասին:
Զարգացող տնտեսությունները կկրեն այս ամենի ամենաշատ հետևանքները, զարգացած տնտեսությունները, հավական է, բացի նավթադոլարային տատանումների հետևանքները, առերեսվեն Մերձավոր Արևելքի փախստականների նոր հոսքերի խնդրին: Նավթաարդյունաբերող երկրների մասին ավելորդ է խոսելը:
Հայաստանի տնտեսության համար զարգացումներն անբարենպաստ ֆոն են ստեղծում թե՛ աշխարհագրորեն, թե՛ Իրանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման համատեքստում, և թե՛ որպես համաշխարհային տնտեսությունից առայժմ բարձր կախվածության մեջ գտնվող պետության:
Ի թիվս առևտրատնտեսական հարցերի՝ ողջ աշխարհի, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանի համար ավելի կսրվի Իրանի հետ հարաբերվելու արդյունքում ամերիկյան պատժամիջոցների ներքո հայտնվելու հավանականությունը:
Եվ այս զարգացումները այն պարզ իրողության պարագայում, երբ կոնֆլիկտի անմիջական մասնակից պետության սահմանները կենսական նշանակություն ունեն մեզ համար:
