ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում իրականացված քննչական եւ դատավարական այլ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Երեւանի 26-ամյա բնակչուհու նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ: Մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել վերջինիս նախկին ամուսնուն: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ը տեղեկացավ Քննչական կոմիտեից։
2020թ. հունվարի 3-ին՝ ժամը 05:50-ին, բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ է ստացվել այն մասին, որ «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի թափանցող վերք եւ մարմնի տարբեր մասերի կտրած-ծակած վերք» մարմնական վնասվածքներով, իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Երեւան քաղաքի բնակչուհի՝ ծնված 1993թ.: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով տուժողի նախկին ամուսինն է՝ Երեւան քաղաքի բնակիչ՝ ծնված 1990թ.:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում հարուցված քրեական գործով 26-ամյա կինը ճանաչվել է տուժող, կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում վերցվել են արնանման հետքեր, արնանման նյութի հետքերով դանակի բռնակ եւ շեղբ: Կատարվել են առգրավումներ, առերես հարցաքննություններ, հարցաքննվել մի շարք անձինք:
Իրականացված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ 2020թ. հունվարի 2-ին՝ ժամը 05:00-ի սահմաններում, 29-ամյա երիտասարդը, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, նախկին կնոջը սպանելու նախնական դիտավորությամբ գնացել է վերջինիս բնակարան, որտեղ հագին եղած բաճկոնի ձախ ծոցագրպանից հանելով խոհանոցային դանակը՝ հարվածներ է հասցրել նախկին կնոջ՝ կյանքի համար կենսական կարեւոր նշանակություն ունեցող օրգաններին՝ պատճառելով կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնաս, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չի կարողացել հանցագործությունն ավարտին հասցնել:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ 29-ամյա երիտասարդին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը:
Նշանակվել են դատաբժշկական, դատահետքաբանական եւ դատաքիմիական փորձաքննություններ: Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ իրականացնելու վերաբերյալ հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը:
