ECONOMICSՆախ՝ ինչու՞ պետք է առաջ անցնելով հայտարարել, որ Ադրբեջանից առաջ ենք անցել, հետո էլ ճշգրտել հայտարարածը, եթե դա այդպես չէ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավոր, ՀՀ ԱԺ տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Միքայել Մելքումյանը։

Նախ՝ ինչու՞ պետք է առաջ անցնելով հայտարարել, որ Ադրբեջանից առաջ ենք անցել, հետո էլ ճշգրտել հայտարարածը, եթե դա այդպես չէ:
Այսպիսով, երեք ցուցանիշների միջև մեկն ակնհայտ ապատեղեկատվություն էր, ուրեմն հաջորդիվ Վրաստանի մասով էլ կարող է շատ կարճ ժամանակ անց նույնը ասել՝ նորից ճշգրտել կամ հերքել:
Այսպես, եթե չկան պաշտոնական հրատարակված ցուցանիշներ, ապա մնացածը շատ ռիսկային հայտարարություններ են: Եթե 2018 թ. Վրաստանի ՀՆԱ-ն կազմել է ավելի քան 16 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, Ադրբեջանինը՝ ավելի քան 40 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը՝ 12,4 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար, Վրաստանում ՀՆԱ-ի աճը 2019թ. 7 ամիսներին կազմել է 5%, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը, ասենք, 7%, իսկ բնակչության թվաքանակը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2,98 մլն է, իսկ Վրաստանում՝ 3,7 մլն, ապա ինչպե՞ս ենք Վրաստանից առաջ անցել:
Ինչ վերաբերում է պարիտետային գնողունակության ՀՆԱ-ին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում այն կազմում է 10 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, Վրաստանում՝ 12 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, Ադրբեջանում՝ 16 000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, այսինքն՝ նույն դոլարային գումարով որ երկրում ինչ քանակի ապրանք և ծառայություն կարելի է ձեռք բերել:
Եվ վերջինը, ՀՆԱ-ի աճը պետք է ժողովրդի կենսամակարդակի վրա ազդեցություն ունենա: Վրաստանում գործազրկությունը 12% է, Ադրբեջանում՝ 5%, Հայաստանում՝ 15,7% : Աղքատությունը նույն ձևով ՀՀ-ում ամենաբարձրն է:
