Առողջապահության նախարարը պարտավոր է պահպանել կոռեկտություն ԶԼՄ-ների հանդեպ․ «Մեդիա պաշտպան»
POLITICSԱռողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանը պարտավոր է կոռեկտություն պահպանել լրատվամիջոցների հանդեպ։ Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել «Մեդիա պաշտպան» նախաձեռնությունը։
«ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջում անդրադարձել է հունվարի 6-ին ARMNEWS հեռուստաընկերությամբ եթեր հեռարձակված «Առողջապահություն 2019» տեսանյութին՝ ներկայացրած փաստական տվյալներին հակադարձելով թեմայի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեցող շահարկումներով:
«Մեդիա պաշտպան» նախաձեռնությունը կոչ է անում ՀՀ Առողջապահության նախարարին մնալ քաղաքական ու մասնագիտական կոռեկտության սահմաններում և զերծ մնալ լրատվամիջոցների հետ հոխորտանքների լեզվով շփվելու արատավոր գործելաոճից: ՀՀ օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան՝ հրապարակված տեղեկատվության կամ կարծիքի մասով, պետական պաշտոնյան կարող է լրատվամիջոցներից հերքում պահանջել կամ հրապարակված նյութի մասով սեփական տեսակետը ներկայացնել:
Արդյունքի չհասնելու դեպքում, նախարարը կարող է դատական ճանապարհով հասնել հերքմանը կամ սեփական տեսակետի ներկայացմանը: Մինչդեռ, նախարար Թորոսյանն ընտրել է լրատվամիջոցների հետ հարաբերվելու անընդունելի գործելաոճ՝ ըստ էության փորձելով լրատվամիջոցի հնչեցրած փաստական տվյալներից և տեսակետներից հանրային ուշադրությունը շեղել դեպի թեմայի հետ որևէ առնչություն չունեցող խոսակցությունների դաշտ: Եթե Առողջապահության նախարարը լրատվամիջոցի ներկայացրած փաստական տվյալների մասին ասելիք չունի, ապա կարող է առանց վարանելու հայտարարել, որ ստիպված է շեղել հանրային ուշադրությունը, որովհետև հերքելու կամ հակադարձելու նյութ ուղղակի չունի կամ չի տիրապետում իրավիճակին:
«Մեդիա պաշտպան» նախաձեռնությունը նաև կոչ է անում ARMNEWS հեռուստաընկերությանը չտրվել նախարար Թորոսյանի թեմայի հետ կապ չունեցող սադրանքներին և շարունակել հանրային կարևորություն ունեցող հարցերի լուսաբանումը պահպանելով բազմակողմանիության և անաչառության սկզբունքը: «Մեդիա պաշտպան» նախաձեռնությունը, օգտագործելով ՀՀ օրենսդրությունից և ՀՀ ստանձնած միջազգային իրավական պարտավորվածություններից բխող ողջ գործիքակազմը, պաշտպանելու է Հայաստանում լրատվամիջոցների ազատ, անխափան և անկաշկանդ գործելու իրավունքը: Հետևելով դեպքերի զարգացմանը` անհրաժեշտության դեպքում «Մեդիա պաշտպանը» կդիմի նաև միջազգային լրատվական համայնքին և շահագրգիռ միջազգային կառույցներին»,-ասված է հայտարարությունում:
