Արցախի հերոս, գեներալ-մայոր Վիտալի Բալասամյանի գրասենյակն այսօր հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասվում է.«ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերը սույն թվականի հունվարի 2-ին օդային հարվածներ են հասցրել Բաղդադի օդանավակայանին՝ խոցելով մի շարք թիրախներ, այդ թվում նաև ավտոմեքենա, որում գտնվել է Իսլամական հեղափոխության պահապանների կորպուսի (ԻՀՊԿ) «Կուդս» հատուկ ստորաբաժանման հրամանատար, գեներալ Ղասեմ Սուլեյմանին։ Նա զոհվել է։
Պենտագոնում հայտարարել են, որ հարվածը հասցվել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հրամանով։
Օդային այդ հարձակումից օրեր առաջ ամերիկյան օդուժի կողմից հարվածներ հասցվեցին Իրաքում և Սիրիայում գտնվող «Քաթա իբ Հըզբոլա» զինված խմբավորման հրամանատարական կետերին և զինապահեստներին:
Գեներալ Սուլեյմանին վերջին մի քանի տարիներին Իրաքում եւ Սիրիայում ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր դեմքերից էր և հանդիսանում էր Իսլամական Դիմադրության ճակատի իրական ղեկավարը և հաղթանակի խորհրդանիշը։
2003 թվականից ի վեր, երբ ԱՄՆ զինված ուժերը և նրա դաշնակիցները ներխուժեցին ինքնիշխան Իրաքի, իսկ 2011 թվականին՝ ինքնիշխան Սիրիայի տարածք, ԱՄՆ-ի Թուրքիայի, Կատարի, Սաուդյան Արաբիայի, ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ մի շարք եվրոպական երկրների կողմից փաստացիորեն ռազմական և ֆինանսական աջակցություն ստացող, իսկ ՄԱԿ-ի կողմից ահաբեկչական ճանաչված Իսլամական պետություն և Ալ-նուսրա կազմակերպությունները, կատարելով իրենց տերերի հրամանները, Իրաքում և Սիրիայում ավերել են հարյուրավոր քաղաքներ, հազարավոր գյուղեր, սպանել հարյուր հազարավոր խաղաղ բնակիչների, միլիոնավոր մարդկանց դարձրել փախստական, իսկ տասնյակ միլիոնավորների՝ պատանդ: Հայրենիքի ազատագրման համար այդ պատերազմում իրենց հավատակիցներին բարոյական, ռազմական և հումանիտար օգնություն է ցուցաբերում նաև Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունը:
Իրաքի և Սիրիայի ազատատենչ քաղաքացիները տարիներ շարունակ զենքը ձեռքին կռվում են իրենց երկրները օկուպացրածների, առաջին հերթին՝ Թուրքիայի և իսլամ արմատականների դեմ, որոնք այդ ժողովուրդների նկատմամբ իրականացնում էին պետական ահաբեկչություն, որը բոլոր ժամանակներում եղել է դատապարտելի խաղաղասեր ժողովուրդների և պետությունների կողմից:
20-րդ դարի սկզբին պետական ահաբեկչության զոհ դարձավ նաև հայությունը, երբ նրա մի մասը ենթարկվեց ցեղասպանության ու հայրենազրկման Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների կողմից: 31 տարի առաջ Արցախում բնակվող հայության նկատմամբ Թուրքիայի կրտսեր եղբայր Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները ևս փորձեցին պետական ահաբեկչություն իրականացնել արցախահայության նկատմամբ, ինչը ձախողվեց հայ ժողովրդի հերոսական պայքարի, նվիրման և բարի կամք դրսևորած երկրների կողմից հումանիտար օգնության շնորհիվ:
Այսօր մեծ է վիշտը Իրանի իշխանությունների և քաղաքացիների, Իրաքի, Սիրիայի և այն երկրների քաղաքացիների մոտ, ովքեր պայքարում են ազատության, օտարի լծից ազատագրվելու և իրենց երկրներում ինքնիշխանությունը վերականգնելու համար:
Համոզված ենք, որ այդ կորուստը չի թուլացնի Իրաքում, Սիրիայում և այլ երկրներում հայրենական պատերազմ վարող ժողովուրդների հաղթելու ցանկությունը, և այդ կորուստը առավել կմիավորի հայրենիքի ազատագրության համար պայքարող բոլոր ազատատենչ ժողովուրդներին»:
