ԱԱԾ-ն բացահայտել է պետությանն խոշոր չափերի վնաս պատճառելու դեպք. վնասը՝ 11.66 մլն դրամ (տեսանյութ)
SOCIETYՀայաստանի Հանրապետության ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը, անշեղ իրականացնելով ՀՀ տնտեսական անվտանգության դեմ ուղղված հանցավորության հակազդման օրենքով իրեն վերապահված գործառույթները, ձեռնարկված լայնածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում բացահայտել է պետությանն առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի վնաս պատճառելով զուգորդված ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության դեպք:
Ըստ ստացված փաստական տվյալների, ՀՀ քաղաքացին, առանց պետական գրանցման և հատուկ թույլտվության, իր ռիսկով, 2016թ.-ից մինչև 2019թ դեկտեմբերն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, խախտելով ոլորտը կարգավորող օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված նորմերը, փոխշահավետ համաձայնության գալով ՀՀ առևտրային բանկերի որոշ աշխատակիցների հետ, զբաղվել է ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ և միջնորդավճարի դիմաց՝ ՀՀ-ում գործող մի շարք փոխանակման կետերին մատուցել է շահավետ փոխարժեքով ընդհանուր առմամբ 36 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամին համարժեք տարադրամը փոխարկելու ծառայություններ, որի արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է առանձնապես խոշոր՝ 11.667.800 ՀՀ դրամի չափով վնաս:
Փոխանակման վերջին դեպքում նշված անձը բերման է ենթարկվել ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից և նրա մոտ անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է 100.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար, որն առգրավվել է։
Առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի համապատասխան հոդվածի հատկանիշներով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն, միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում պետությանը պատճառված վնասի չափը ճշգրտելու և այն հատուցելու ուղղությամբ։
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
