ՀՀ ԶՈւ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Արտակ Դավթյանն ամանորյա շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել:

 

Ուղերձում ասվում է. «Հարգելի´ գեներալներ, սպաներ, ենթասպաներ, զինվորներ, Հայոց բանակի քաղաքացիական ծառայողներ, հայրենակիցներ, շնորհավորում եմ ձեզ Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոների առթիվ:

 

2019 թվականն էական նշանակություն ուներ Զինված ուժերի համար: Տարին հագեցած էր փոքր և մեծ ձեռքբերումներով: 2019 թվականի ընթացքում Զինված ուժերի ղեկավարությունը լայնածավալ աշխատանքներ է իրականացրել Զինված ուժերի արդիականացման, մարտական հերթապահության անվտանգության մակարդակը բարձրացնելու, հայրենական արտադրության զինատեսակները փորձարկելու և ռազմապաշարը համալրելու ուղղությամբ:

 

Զինված ուժերը համալրվել են սպառազինության և ռազմական տեխնիկայի նոր միջոցներով, որոնք համապատասխանում են մեր խնդիրների կատարման առանձնահատկություններին, հարմար են տեղանքի բնակլիմայական պայմաններում շահագործման համար և ավելի հեշտ են յուրացվում անձնակազմի կողմից:

 

Անցնող տարվա զինվորական կարևորագույն իրադարձություններից մեկը լայնածավալ ռազմավարական զորավարժություններն էին, որ աննախադեպ էին նոր ձեռք բերված զինատեսակների փորձարկմամբ և պահեստազորայինների ներգրավմամբ:

 

Համալրված զինապարտները կրկին ապացուցեցին, որ ցանկացած պահի կարող են իրենց ակտիվ և համակարգված մասնակցությունն ունենալ հայրենիքի պաշտպանության գործում: Գնահատելի է նաև երկրապահ կամավորականների ակտիվ մասնակցությունը զորավարժություններին:

 

2019 թվականի նշանակալից նորարարություններից մեկը Զինված ուժերում սննդի կազմակերպման կարգի փոփոխությունն էր, որն աստիճանաբար կընդգրկի ամբողջ Զինված ուժերը: Աշխատանքներ են կատարվել նաև մարտական հենակետերն ամրացնելու, ավելի անվտանգ դարձնելու և նորագույն տեխնիկայով հագեցնելու ուղղությամբ: Բարելավվել են մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողների կենցաղային պայմանները:

 

Եվ այս ամենի արդյունքում 2018 թվականի համեմատ 2019 թվականին Զինված ուժերում 22 տոկոսով նվազել է զոհերի (մահերի) թիվը, որից  ծառայության հետ կապված դեպքերը՝ մոտ 48 տոկոսով:

 

Ամփոփելով անցնող տարվա հաջողությունները՝ Զինված ուժերի հրամանտարության և անձամբ իմ անունից հավաստիացնում եմ՝ մեր բանակն այսօր ավելի ուժեղ է, քան երբևէ, և պատրաստ է լիարժեք կատարել հայկական երկու պետությունների սահմաններն անձեռնմխելի պահելու պատվավոր առաքելությունը:

 

Եվս մեկ անգամ շնորհավորում և խաղաղություն եմ մաղթում բոլորիս: Այո´, մենք պատերազմ չենք ուզում, բայց գիտակցում ենք՝ պատերազմին պատրաստ լինելով միայն կարելի է խաղաղություն հաստատել: Ամեն օր հազարավոր զինծառայողներ`հենց մեր զավակները, եղբայրներն ու հայրերն են, որ պահում և պարտադրում են այդ խաղաղությունը, և փայլուն են կատարում իրենց առջև դրված խնդիրները: Հատկապես շնորհավորում եմ զոհված զինծառայողների հարազատներին, ոգու տոկունություն և արիություն եմ մաղթում ձեզ: Ձեր որդիների սխրանքը երբեք չի մոռացվի: 

 

Շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում այս տոնական օրերին կրկնակի զգոնությամբ հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների սահմաններին մարտական հերթապահություն իրականացնող զինծառայողներին:
