Տեսչական մարմինների աշխատանքների համակարգման գրասենյակի արդեն նախկին ղեկավար, Հայկ Այվազյանը Վերաքննիչ բողոք է ներկայացրել ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ: Այս մասին նա գրառում է կատարել իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

«Հարգելի պարոն վարչապետ,

Շնորհակալություն․․

Շնորհակալություն 2019 թվականը իմ կյանքում անմոռանալի դարձնելու համար։

Շնորհակալություն, որ ստիպեցիք ինձ գեթ մի պահ կասկածել, որ ընտանիքիս` սերունդներով ձգվող պայքարը, զրկանքներն ու տված զոհերը հանուն հայրենիքի անիմաստ և անարժեք էին, որ հայրենիքիս համար չարժեր պայքարել և կորցնել ամենաթանկը (ամաչում եմ, որ վայրկյան անգամ նման միտք եմ ունեցել)։ Իմացեք՝ շնչելուս չափ պայքարելու եմ հանուն Հայաստանի Հանրապետության։

Այս տարի՝ 1990թ-ից հետո, ես վերապրեցի կյանքիս ամենամեծ ողբերգությունը՝ նորից կորցրեցի ամենաթանկը։ Այդ իսկ պահին ցավակցական հեռագրի փոխարեն ստացա ձեր կողմից մի «մխիթարական նվեր» մեջքիս հարվածի տեսքով (տենց նվեր ես երբեք չեմ ստացել, կեցցե՛ք, նվերներ մատուցելու գործում դուք նույնպես ԱՆՆԱԽԱԴԵՊ ԵՔ):

Ափսոս, որ ստիպեցիք ինձ ամանորյա բարեմաղթանքների փոխարեն մաղթել՝

Խոհեմություն՝ երկիրը ՀԻՆ աղբից մաքրելու համար,

Խիզախություն՝ երկիրը ՆՈՐ աղբից մաքրելու համար,

Քաջ առողջություն՝ պատասխանատվություն կրելու ձեր արածների և չարածների համար։

Սա էլ իմ փոքրիկ պատասխան նվերը ձեզ՝ ընդամենը վերաքննիչ բողոք։

Կհանդիպենք․․.»,- գրել է նա:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը նոյեմբերի 27-ին, մերժել էր Տեսչական մարմինների աշխատանքները համակարգող գրասենյակի ղեկավարի պաշտոնից ազատված Հայկ Այվազյանի հայցն ընդդեմ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 1-ին զբաղեցրած պաշտոնից ազատված Հայկ Այվազյանը նշել էր, որ անակնկալի է եկել, երբ իմացել է, որ ինքն ազատված է աշխատանքից՝ առանց որեւէ պարզաբանման եւ պատճառաբանություն ներկայացնելու: Ըստ նախնական տեղեկությունների՝ Հայկ Այվազյանի ազատման պատճառը վարչապետի աշխատակազմի ղեկավար Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանի հետ ունեցած հակասությունն է եղել։

ՀՀ Վարչական դատարան ներկայացված հայցով Հայկ Այվազյանը միանգամից երեք պահանջ է ներկայացրել կառավարության ղեկավարի դեմ. նախ՝ պարտավորեցնում է անվավեր ճանաչել իրեն աշխատանքից ազատելու վերաբերյալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ստորագրած հրամանը, վերականգնվել աշխատանքի, եւ, որ իրեն փոխհատուցեն ապօրինի հրամանի հետեւանքով հարկադիր պարապուրդում գտնվելու ողջ ժամանակահատվածի համար։
