Կալանավորվել է ծանր հանցագործություն կատարելու մեջ մեղադրվող ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչը

ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 2-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի քննիչ Արթուր Ս.-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 311-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, 34-178-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 5-րդ կետով և 38-34-312-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել: 

Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության փոխանցմամբ, Արթուր Ս.-ն մեղադրվում է այն բանի համար, որ նա զբաղեցնելով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչության 2-րդ կայազորային քննչական բաժնի քննիչի պաշտոնը, մշտապես իրականացնելով իշխանության ներկայացուցչի լիազորություններ, ՊԲ զորամասի հետախուզական դասակի հրամանատար Ռ. Հ.-ի կողմից ստորադասի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ իր վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում Ռ. Հ.-ի օգտին գործողություններ կատարելու, դատարանի կողմից պատիժը պայմանականորեն չկիրառելու հիմքեր ստեղծելու համար նրանից պահանջել է խոշոր չափերով` 300 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք: 

Բացի այդ, քննիչը 2015 թվականի մայիսի 18-ին` աշխատանքից ազատվելուց հետո, կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով, խաբեությամբ Ռ. Հ.-ից զգալի չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու և նրան խոշոր չափերով կաշառք տալու փորձին դրդելու դիտավորությամբ, զանգահարել է վերջինիս և խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը` ի սկզբանե նպատակ չունենալով կաշառքի առարկան փոխանցել դատախազին, պնդել է, իբրև, դատախազին կաշառք տալու անհրաժեշտության մասին և հորդորել է իրեն փոխանցել 200 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ:

Այնուհետև նախկին քննիչը Ռ. Հ.-ի հետ հեռախոսային զրույցի ընթացքում` կաշառք ստանալու պատրվակով, խաբեությամբ զգալի չափերով հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, խեղաթյուրելով իրականությունը` պահանջել է 500 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ` որպես մեղադրանքը դատարանում պաշտպանողին տրվելիք կաշառք, սակայն Արթուր Ս.-ն, իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներով պայմանավորված, չի կարողացել ավարտին հասցնել հանցավոր մտադրությունը:

Արթուր Ս.-ի նկատմամբ, դատարանի որոշմամբ, որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվել է կալանավորումը:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
