«Կարդացի դատախազության հաղորդագրությունը, ավելի ճիշտ՝ ՍԴ նախագահի վրա գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի գրած կլյաուզան: Պարզվում է՝ ժողովրդի վարչապետի առաջ համապատասխան դիրք ընդունած պաշտոնյան սեփական պաշտոնն ու Երևանում երկհարկանի առանձնատունը կուռք դարձրած պատրաստ է գործ թխել ՍԴ նախագահի վրա ու դա տաք-տաք մատուցել Ատելության կուսակցության պարագլուխներին: Որ այս գործը իրավաբանության և արդարադատության հետ ոչ մի կապ չունի, ակնհայտ է բոլորին: Որ Արթուր Դավթյանը իրավաբանությունից կիլոմետրերով հեռացել է, նույնպես ակնհայտ է բոլորին: Բայց որ Արթուր Դավթյանն իր տղամարդկային արժանապատվությունն է աճուրդի հանել, դա արդեն բավականին լուրջ անակնկալ էր։
Պսևդոիրավական, բայց իրականում քաղաքական ստոր հարձակումը որևէ երկրի ՍԴ նախագահի վրա հանցագործության այն տեսակներից է, որը ոչ թե վաղեմության ժամկետ չունի, այլ ուղղակի չի ներվի երբեք: Մենք դեռ քառասուն տարեկան անգամ չկանք ու մենք շատ ենք, որ հավատում ենք իրավական պետության այլընտրանք չունենալուն: Ու առնվազն 40-50 տարի Արթուր Դավթյանի` պետականության դեմ սանձազերծած հանցագործության հետևից աներկբա գնացողներ են լինելու: Հայրենիքը ստորություններ չի ներում, արժեքներն ուրացողները միշտ պիտի սպասեն արդարադատության մուրճի շառաչուն զարկին:
