Ազգային ժողովի շենքի շրջափակումը հեղափոխության հերթական փուլն է եղել։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 27-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն ասաց արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը։
«Ազգային ժողովի շենքի շրջափակումը հեղափոխության հերթական փուլն է եղել, որն իրագործվել է օրենքի բոլոր պահանջների և պայմանների պահպանմամբ, Հայաստանի ժողովրդի կամքը ևս մեկ անգամ արտահայտվել է բարեփոխումներ սկսելու և Հայաստանում նոր որակի քաղաքական իշխանություն ձևավորելու մասով, որին հաջորդել է ընտրություններ, որոնք առաջին անգամ ՀՀ պատմության մեջ որակվել է որպես ազատ, արդար ընտրություններ բոլոր միջազգային չափանիշների պահպանմամբ, առաջին անգամ ժողովրդի կամքը բացարձակ ձևով առանց որևէ շեղման արտահայտվել է, և ունենք լեգիտիմ Ազգային ժողով»,-նշել է նա։
Բադասյանն անդրադարձավ նաև դատարանների շրջափակմանը․ «Դատարանների շրջափակումը հանրության ուշադրությունը հրավիրելու համար էր, որ այս համակարգում անհրաժեշտ են արմատական բարեփոխումներ, որ հանրության վստահությունը այդ համակարգի նկատմամբ աճի և մենք ակնկալենք որակյալ արդարադատություն։ Եթե նոր իշխանությունը նպատակ ունենար իրենից կախված դատական համակարգ ունենալ, դրա մեթոդը հրապարակային կոչը չէ»։
