Կրկին ողբերգություն անվտանգության կանոնների խախտման հետեւանքով. «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա»-ն զգուշացնում է

Գորիս քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած դժբախտ պատահարից օրեր անց կրկին ողբերգություն. Ալավերդի քաղաքում շմոլ գազից թունավորման հետևանքով մահացել է մի ամբողջ ընտանիք՝ հայր, մայր, երկու անչափահաս: Այս մասին հայտնում են «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ընկերությունից:

 

Նման դեպքերում, երբ պատկան մարմինների կողմից նախապատրաստվում են նյութեր և անցկացվում է քննություն, «Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն զերծ է մնում մեկնաբանություններից՝ գործի քննության շահերից ելնելով:

 

Ողբերգական այս դեպքը, ցավոք, կենցաղում բնական գազից անվտանգ օգտվելու կանոնները կրկին չպահպանելու, տարրական պահանջները անտեսելու հետևանք է, ինչը փաստում են մասնագետների կողմից իրականացված տեղազննության նախնական արդյունքները:

 

«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն անհրաժեշտ է համարում ներկայացնել դեպքի առաջացման հետ կապված մանրամասները:

 

            - Բնակարանում տեղադրված անվտանգության ձայնաազդանշանային սարքը անջատված է եղել էլեկտրասնուցումից:

 

          Բնակարանի ներտնային գազասպառման համակարգը նորմատիվային և անվտանգության պահանջների կոպիտ խախտմամբ ինքնակամ ենթարկվել է ամբողջական փոփոխության:

 

            - Ջեռուցման վառարանի համար նախատեսված մուտքային գծի փականը այս տարվա  հուլիսից կնքված է եղել գազօգտագործող սարքավորման բացակայության պատճառով: Սակայն, մուտքային գծի կնիքը հեռացվել է, տեղադրվել և շահագործվել է ջեռուցման վառարան առանց մատակարարին տեղյակ պահելու:

 

            - Հյուրասենյակում տեղակայված ջեռուցման վառարանի թիթեղյա ծխատարը փաստացի դուրս բերված չի բնակարանից և չունի ուղղահայաց հատված: Վառարանի ծխատարը մինչև 20 սանտիմետր խորությամբ մտցվել է պատշգամբի պատի մեջ, իսկ պատի արտաքին հատվածում բացվել է ընդամենը երեք փոքր անցք, ինչը չի ապահովել ծխագազերի բնականոն հեռացումը:

 

Բացի այդ, խոհանոցում նախագծի խախտմամբ ինքնակամ տեղադրվել է ջրատաքացուցիչ, որը եռաբաշխիչի միջոցով միացվել է գազօջախի մուտքային գծին: Ընդ որում, ջրատաքացուցչի ծխատարը միացվել է խոհանոցի օդափոխության ուղուն, զրկելով տարածքը բնականոն օդափոխությունից:

 

«Գազպրոմ Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ-ն կրկին զգուշացնում և պահանջում է պահպանել կենցաղում բնական գազից օգտվելու անվտանգության պահանջները:

 

            1. Խստիվ արգելվում է  էլեկտրական սնուցումից անջատել բնակարաններում տեղադրված գազասպառման անվտանգության ազդանշանային սարքերը, օգտագործել ինքնաշեն կամ անսարք վիճակում գտնվող գազասարքեր:

 

            2. Չկատարել օդատար և ծխատար ուղիների ինքնակամ ձևափոխություններ՝ դրանցում ստեղծելով արհեստական դիմադրություններ, զերծ մնալ գազօգտագործման ընթացքում ցանկացած ինքնագործունեությունից:
