Երևանի ավագանու «Լույս» խմբակցության անդամ Թեհմինա Վարդանյանը այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ին հրավիրված ավագանու նիստում քաղաքապետ Հայկ Մարությանից հետաքրքրվեց, թե ինքը կոռուպցիոն ռիսկ տեսնում է, որ հանձնաժողովի նախագահ է վարչության պետը, իսկ տենդեռը շահում է նրա քրոջ որդին։

Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսին Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացել է աղբամանների գնման ընթացակարգի հանձնաժողովի նիստ, որը նախագահել է կոմունալ տնտեսության վարչության պետ Արարատ Խաչիկյանը, իսկ մասնակիցը, որը հաղթել է 180 մլն դրամանոց մրցույթը, հանդիսանում է պարոն Խաչիկյանի հարազատ քրոջ հարազատ որդին:

«Կոռուպցիոն ռիսկը պետք է գնահատեն իրավապահները, առնվազն էթիկայի մասով ինձ համար ընդունելի չէ, դրա մասին իմացել եմ շատ վերջերս»,-նշեց Մարությանը։

Վարդանյանը արձագանքեց՝ ենթադրվում է մամուլի հրապարակումից առա՞ջ, որին քաղաքապետն արձագանքեց․ «Կարելի է ասել՝ այո»։

Թեհմինա Վարդանյանը անդրադարձավ նաև Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավար Ավետ Պողոսյանի հայտարարություններին․

«Այսօր առավոտվանից նիստ են անում, ծայրահեղ հոգնած, հանգիստ, ժպիտով, հումորով, բայց հայտնվել է դահլիճում մի անձ, նշանակվել է, չի ընտրվել, այսինքն մի 3 աստիճան ցածր է, որը այնքան փոքրիկ ֆիգուր է, որ ես իմ մոտ նշել եմ անուն-ազգանունը, քանի որ ինձ առ այսօր չի հետաքրքրել նրա անունն ու ազգանունը։ Բանից պարզվում է՝ այդ փոքրիկ ֆիգուրը զուրկ է որոշակի բարոյական օրինաչափություններից։ Պարոն Պողոսյան, ես չեմ պատրաստվում սեղմել ձեր կեղտոտ ձեռքը և խորհուրդ եմ տալիս իմանալ ձեր լիազորությունները, իմանալ ով է ընտրովի մարմին, ով ումից է բարձր, և դուք մեր աշխատողն եք։ Պարոն քաղաքապետ, խնդրում եմ սաստեք ձեր աշխատակազմին, որովհետև հանգիստ նստեցինք, 10-11 ժամ նիստից հետո հայտնվեց մի մարդ, որը ասում է՝ ես էլ իմ կարիչնիվի շորերը կհագնեմ, կգամ, ու հագել, եկել էր»։

Վարդանյանը խոսքեց նաև «Լույս» խմբակցությունում ճգնաժամի մասին հայտարարությունից․ «Ինչ վերաբերում է «Լույսի» ճգնաժամին, ապա խորհուրդ եմ տալիս լուծել վարչական շենքի ճգնաժամը, որովհետև պարոն Խաժակյանը ճիշտ նկատեց՝ դուք աշխատելու խորը բարդույթ ունեք պարոն Մնացականյանից հետո, որը երբեք չեք հաղթահարելու։ Դուք լիքը հաց ու պանիր եք ուտելու, բայց չեք հաղթահարելու, ձեր ներքին ճգնաժամով զբաղվեք»։

Թեհմինա Վարդանյանի խոսքերին ի պատասխան Պողոսյանն ասաց․

«Սա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է, որ այս ճգնաժամը «Լույս» խմբակցությունում պետք է հաղթահարվի, որովհետև անհասկանալի է, թե ում են նրանք ներկայացնում։ Ես հստակ հարցադրում եմ անում»։

Թեհմինա Վարդանյան արձագանքեց․ «Դուք ոչ մեկ եք, որ հարցադրում անեք»։

Հայկ Մարությանը խնդրեց ցածրերի ու բարձրերի չբաժանել՝ շեշտելով, որ դա նման է ստրկատիրական մտածելակերպի։
