Երեւանի ավագանիին մի քանի ժամ քննարկումից հետո հաստատեց Երեւանի 2020 թվականի բյուջեն
SOCIETYԵրեւանի ավագանու այսօրվա՝ դեկտեմբերի 25-ի նիստում հաստատվեց Երեւան քաղաքի 2020 թվականի բյուջեն. եկամուտների գծով նախատեսվում է 107,146,776.0 հազար դրամ, ծախսերի գծով՝ 116,259,587.5 հազար դրամ, իսկ դեֆիցիտը կկազմի 9,112,811.5 հազար դրամ։
Հարցը ներկայացրեց փոխքաղաքապետ հայկ Սարգսյանը՝ նշելով, որ 2019-ի բյուջեի եկամուտների սահմանվել են 83,77 մլրդ դրամ. «Ծրագրված եկամուտները գերազանցում են 2018-ի փաստացի հավաքագրված ընդհանուր եկամուտները 38,4 մլրդ դրամով կամ 56 տոկոսով: 2019 թվականին քաղաքի սեփական մուտքերը կազմել են 29 տոկոս, իսկ 2020-ին կկազմի 32,6 տոկոս: Սա խոսում է համայնքի անկախության ցուցանիշի աճի մասին:
2020 թվականի բյուջեի ծախսային մասի 90,3 տոկոսը բաժին է ընկնում ընթացիկ ծախսերին: Նածխագծի ծախսային մասը 2019-ի հաստատված բյուջեից ավելի է 31,9 մլրդ դրամով 20,8 մլրդ դրամը բյուջեով նախատեսված ցուցնաիշի ավելացումն է որպես պատվիրակված լիազորություն:
2020 թվականի բյուջեի ծախսերի մեջ սոցիալական ոլորտի ծախսերը կազմում են 31,8 տոկոս, տրանսպոտի ոլորտի ծախսերը՝ 19,5 տոկոս, շրջակա միջավայրի ծախսերը՝ 17,3 տոկոս:
Կասռավարման մարմնի պահպանման համար նախատեսվել է 9,4 մլրդ դրամ կամ ծախսերի 8,2 տոկոս, որից աշխատավարձի ֆոնդը կկազմի 5,5 մլրդ դրամ, պարգեւատրման ֆոնդը՝ 1.89 մլրդ դրամ (նախորդ տարվանից 100 մլն-ով պակաս):
