Այսօր կեսօրին հայտնի դարձավ, որ «5-րդալիք» հեռուստաընկերության սեփականատեր Արմեն Թավադյանը բերման է ենթարկվել հատուկ քննչական ծառայություն: Մի քանի ժամ ՀՔԾ-ում պահելուց հետո Թավադյանին ձերբակալեցին:

Ստեղծված իրավիճակի, Արմեն Թավադյանի ձերբակալության փաստի հետ կապված մեկնաբանություն ստանալու նպատակով դիմեցինք «5-րդալիք» հեռուստաընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Հարություն Հարությունյանին:

«Կատարվածը մեկնաբանելու համար մեծ ջանքեր պետք չեն, որովհետև այն, ինչ կատարվեց մի քանի օր առաջ, երբ տարածվեց ոստիկանության տեսանյութը, արդեն ակնհայտ էր, որ ինչ-որ մեկին պետք է ձերբակալեն, որովհետև այդ խայտառակ սարքած տեսանյութը դա էր հուշում: Արմեն Թավադյանը «5-րդ ալիքի» սեփականատերն է: Կարծում եմ, որ սա նաև բարոյահոգեբանական ճնշում է «5-րդ ալիքի» նկատմամբ, որպեսզի իրենք կարողանան նաև համեմատաբար լռեցնեն մեր ալիքին: Այն, ինչ Հայաստանում կատարվում է, արդեն շատ սովորական բան է դարձել: Նրանք, ովքեր ձերբակալված չեն, պետք է ամաչեն, որ ձերբակալված չեն: Կարծում եմ՝ հիմա Հայաստանում այս պրոցեսն է: Սա արդեն դուրս է իրավական երկիր հասկացողությունից, որովհետև մի մարդ որոշում է ում ձերբակալել, մի մարդ հանձնարարում է ոնց ձերբակալել, մի մարդ հանձնարարականն իջեցնում է ինչպիսի որոշում ընդունեն: Ե՛վ իրավապահներին, և՛ դատախազությանը, և՛ դատարաններին հստակ հանձնարարականները տրվում են, և նրանք էլ այդ հանձնարարականները կատարում են: Սա արդեն վաղուց իրավական երկիր չի: Այստեղ որևէ բան մեկնաբանելու կամ չմեկնաբանելու խնդիր արդեն չկա: Ինչ էլ մեկնաբանես, ծիծաղելի կլինի, որովհետև արդեն իսկ ծիծաղելի վիճակում ենք հայտնվել»,-Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասում է Հարությունյանը:

Հարցին, որ այս անգամ թիրախում հայտնվեց Արմեն Թավադյանը, քանի որ նա «5-րդ ալիքի» սեփականատե՞րն է, մեկ այլ դեպքում էլ, փաստորեն, կարող է լինել մեկ ուրի՞շը, Հարությունյանը դրական պատասխան է տալիս: «Անշուշտ: Այստեղ երկու կարծիք չկա: Հիմա գործն այս ձև «կարվեց»: Մեկ ուրիշի նկատմամբ ուրիշ ձև «կկարվի»: Կմտնեն անձնական կյանքի մեջ, կհասնեն տասը տարի առաջ, ում հետ է շփվել, ինչ է արել»,-նշում է մեր զրուցակիցը:

Շատ է խոսվում այն մասին, թե իշխանությունների նման գործելաոճը ո՞ւր կտանի երկիրը: «Պետք է պատմությունը նայել, թե այս տեսակի երկրները, այս տեսակ իշխանությունները ինչպիսի վերջաբան են ունեցել: Պետք է նայել պատմությունը և դրանից հետևություն անել: Ես չեմ ուզում հիմա գնահատական տալ, թե ուր կտանի այս վիճակը մեր երկիրը: Արդեն տարել է: Այն, ինչ այսօր կատարվում է մեր երկրում, ուղղակի աննորմալ երևույթ է, և սրա արդյունքը մեր մաշկի վրա դեռ շատ երկար զգալու ենք»,-եզրափակում է Հարություն Հարությունյանը:
