Նարեկ Սարգսյանը կալանավորվեց

Երեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը բավարարել է ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի եղբորորդու՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանքը վերահաստատելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը։ Այս մասին հայտնեցին ՀՀ դատախազության հանրային կապերի բաժնից։
Ավելի վաղ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանքի վերահաստատման միջնորդություն էր ներկայացվել դատարան: Հիշեցնենք, դեկտեմբերի 21-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ոստիկանության ծառայողների ուղեկցությամբ Չեխիայից տեղափոխվել էր Հայաստան:
2018թ. հունիսի 26-ին ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունում քրեական գործ էր հարուցվել՝ ՔՕ ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու և թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու կամ պատրաստելու նպատակով կամ դրանց ապօրինի իրացնելու հատկանիշներով: Հուլիսի 6-ին Նարեկ Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, հուլիսի 24-ին՝ միջազգային հետախուզում: Ոստիկանության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներ, ինչպես և ՀՀ-ում Ինտերպոլի ազգային կենտրոնական բյուրոն, համագործակցելով եվրոպական մի շարք երկրների իրավապահ կառույցների ու Ինտերպոլի հետ, ծավալուն օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների շնորհիվ, դեկտեմբերի 6-ին Պրահայում հայտնաբերել էին ՀՀ իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից միջազգային մակարդակով հետախուզման մեջ գտնվող Նարեկ Ալեքսանդրի Սարգսյանին: Հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է։
Նա մեղադրվում է 2018-ի հունիսին ԱԱԾ-ում հարուցված քրեական գործով՝ հարուցված ապօրինի կերպով զենք, ռազմամթերք, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելու, իրացնելու, պահելու, փոխադրելու կամ կրելու և թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի և դրանց պրեկուրսորների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու կամ պատրաստելու նպատակով կամ դրանց ապօրինի իրացնելու հատկանիշներով:
